Me and friends stayed here for a concert and was the best decision we made. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was nice and there were plenty of sleeping space for kids.

Christmas stay

The house was very pretty! We stayed the weekend after Christmas and there was a tree already set up and the kids loved it! The owners were very responsive and everything went great!

This was a good location for our family trip. The house is nice, but it needs a really good deep cleaning. The pool is nice, but the robot cleaner was missing so the pool was not clean until the host came to fix it. The outdoor furniture is very worn and dirty. There was no umbrella over the patio table. The WiFi did not support 5 adults, problematic if one needs to work, which two of us did. Plenty of closet space but no drawers, this could be easily remedied with inexpensive rolling plastic drawers in the closet. The hosts were responsive and nice, but this house needs a lot of attention.

This could have been a really great stay, but just missed the mark. Disappointed.1) Keyless entry - Had to call the owner each time we came back to the house to get in. Did not work until less than 12 hours from check out.2) Inadequate supplies - For a listing that attracts families, there was no paper towels, no napkins, no laundry pods, and only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Not enough wash cloths for everyone to have one.3) Trash - both cans overflowed outside the house at the garage door. Looks like it hadn't been taken out in weeks. Even saw a mouse taking advantage of so much garbage. 4) Wifi - we shared with the host that there were 7 in our party but only 3 could get on at any given time. We had to take turns being online.5) In-app communications - clearly were not read. We first tried to remedy the door issue on the chat in the app and no response was given. What felt like a scheduled greeting was delivered and one again on the day of check out. The other issues that we brought up in the app (Wifi) were never addressed.

Not worth the price

We booked this home for a visit from family so we could enjoy the pool and relax. The pictures are not accurate and this home is extremely dated. The pool does not work correctly and dirty every day, the yard is very over grown with trees and weeds everywhere. The shower tiles are very old and we had to wear shoes to shower. The blinds were broken. The bathroom is missing 3 lights, the cleaner missed multiple areas. The laundry doors are missing. I could go on and on. I also reached out to the owner before posting to try and rectify but unfortunately, he wasn’t interested.
