Newly renovated in 2023, this modern, family-friendly space offers four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, and a finished basement. Step outside to a paved patio with seating and a barbecue for endless relaxation and entertainment.

Step into a freshly renovated haven completed on November 1, 2023, where no expense was spared to ensure every aspect is perfect for your stay. From plumbing to furnishings, everything is brand new, promising you a remarkable experience.

The property offers two dedicated parking spots in the driveway, with plenty of additional street parking available.

First Floor Elegance

On the first floor, you'll discover a formal dining room, a spacious open-concept kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and utensils, a generous double living room equipped with a 65-inch TV, and a conveniently located half bathroom.

Second-Floor Comfort

The second floor hosts three inviting bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third is appointed with a double bed. Each room boasts its own closet, bedside lamps, ceiling fan, and dresser. The second floor also boasts the main bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with both rainfall and standard shower heads, along with a double vanity.

Basement Serenity

Descend to the basement to find an additional welcoming bedroom, complete with a queen bed, closet, dresser, desk, and bedside lamps. The basement also offers a sizable living room equipped with a 65-inch TV, a full bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, and a dedicated laundry room.

Hosts were very helpful and keep a very clean and beautifully decorated property in a great walkable neighborhood. There was plenty of coffee and snacks, 2 parking spaces, great air conditioning plus plenty of lounging area. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

This darling house in Omaha has to be the most "well appointed" rental I've stayed in yet. Not only is the entire inside remodeled and brand new (everything), it has plenty of kitchen utensils, bathroom towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There is a fabulous 2nd living area downstairs with a big comfy couch, throw blankets and a huge TV. We were so comfortable here. Plus, it's walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and a nice walking trail. The neighborhood has some older homes, and there is some road construction nearby--but it's in a rebuilding process that's going to be beautiful when finished. We loved this house! The host was kind and communication was immediate. Definitely recommend!
