Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Two queen-size pull-out sofas add flexible sleeping for the full group, while room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning keep things comfortable regardless of the Florida heat outside.

Sleeping arrangements
Two king bedrooms each come with an ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet - private suites within the home. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a themed room designed with younger guests in mind, fitted with two twin beds and a Smart TV. Every bedroom includes quality bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances - electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator - plus an air fryer, blender, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware are all on hand. A private gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils sits on the covered patio for cookouts, and the large indoor dining table brings the whole group together for meals inside.
