Personal preferences vary in regard to water temp/water pressure as well as other variables. Condo sized water heaters. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. No additional persons may be in the unit or use the amenities of the complex beyond the number booked. This is a Pet Free condo. Support animals must be addressed at the time of reservation.
