1st floor condo, 2 bdr. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, picnic area, BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball courts & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, & of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful & centrally-located place.

*Master & 2nd bedroom beds are brand new and adjustable beds, perfect for people with back pain.*

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access.
In addition, there`s on-site, pickleball, tennis, a small fitness center, a heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location is West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) it`s within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

This looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Perfect for 2 or 4 people. Quiet and relaxing and the onsite restaurant Hogwash Harry’s is an added bonus. The location was perfect near everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Everything was top notch! They thought of everything. You can tell they take great pride in managing the property and customer service. When we ran out of supplies, they were quiz to reply and deliver what we needed. Would recommend for anyone needing a home base to explore Naples and southwest Florida.

Went down FL for a crew days with my wife. This place was great. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Great neighborhood to go for a walk. The property and grounds were great. Josh and his team were very helpful!!

This property was portrayed accurately on line. Easy check in at front desk. Very clean unit. Quiet complex. Convenient pool and amenities. Nice to have the restaurant on property! We would highly recommend it.

We love Park Shore Resort. The heated pool, the boardwalk, the turtles, and Hog Fish Harry's on site is a total bonus!!This unit is by far our favorite stay to date. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, they thought of everything. Host was great too!Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you

Nice ground floor condo

We had a very pleasant stay. The condo is well outfitted. The pool was warm, lots of beach towels and chairs. As we were with a 3 year old i didn't want to be near the pool, which would actually have been fine. Well gated and quiet. Lots of restaurants in waking distance. enjoyed the screen porch.

Pickleball in the sun

A relaxing getaway

I just want to say my family and I will definitely be staying again we loved everything! The location the resort and the property itself way amazing!!! Josh was so quick to respond when I had questions and I love that there was a binder with different shops, restaurants, and even different beaches to choose! The fact that there were dishes and pots and pans and even beach towels to use was amazing!!! The decor was absolutely stunning!!! There was a good amount of wild life on the resort too! We saw an iguana, snapping turtles in the pond, ducks, herons and there was a few waterfalls on the property! Minutes from the beach! Just amazing! Thank you so much for the amazing service Josh!

Lovely furnishings

We're an older couple so we had a difficult time figuring out how to use the 3 TVs in the apartment. I suggest printed instructions for each TV. Other than that, the furnishings were beautiful, beds comfortable, plenty of towels and extra sheets.
