Beautiful Mountain Getaway - Walk to Everything at Wintergreen!

This beautifully renovated 3 BR / 2 BA mountain condo is very centrally located in the main Wintergreen village - steps from the Mountain Inn, ski slopes, restaurants and trails. The corner unit is at the end of the building (closest to the slopes) which means it gets a ton of natural light! All of the furniture is brand new including the sectional sofa in the living area. The place comes fully stocked with everything you need and includes outdoor storage for any gear & equipment.

This bright & spacious condo contains an open concept kitchen/living room area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large balcony with electric grill and table/chairs.

Kitchen - stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, electric stove. Brand new washer/dryer just off the kitchen.

Main Living Area - new carpet, new large sectional, fireplace with plenty of free wood, 50" Roku TV with soundbar mounted to the rustic stone wall. Shelving & storage with board games included! Tons of natural light in this space.

Two downstairs bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with a bunk bed that contains a full, a twin and an additional trundle twin below the full. The bunk bedroom has a 32" Roku TV. Both bedrooms have sound machines if needed.

Downstairs bathroom - has tub/shower & fully stocked linen closet

Upstairs Primary Bedroom - large bedroom with king bed and large mirror. Alcove off the bedroom with a small desk & chair for working virtually. Large walk-in closet. Full bathroom with tub/shower and additional storage.

Other - high speed wireless internet, Nest thermostat & smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, keyless Yale/Nest entry, plenty of indoor and outdoor storage (your very own keyed, outdoor closet), pack & play and high chair are also available if you are bringing little ones!

What a great location and property. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming into the area. We will stay here again! One recommendation I would have is to send the “welcome” information prior to check in - was unable to find it at the property

Great stay!

Very comfortable stay! Beds and linens were so comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of extra items that one might forget! Great hosts who put thoughtfulness into their property.

House was immaculate. Kitchen was amazingly well equipped. Host was great communicating with us. Only comment is that there are a flight of stairs to get in and out of property (I probably didn’t read the listing well enough, in owner’s defense). We plan to return to Oktoberfest next year and hope to rent this property again!

Host are amazing

While I can’t give feedback on the property itself, I can provide feedback on the host. We booked their condo during the summer for our family of 5. I had a few questions over the 6 month period while we waiting our arrival and they were right on it with answering. Top tier responses and so polite. Check in instructions came the day before and they even were allowing us to check in early due to no one being there. They told us all the things to looks out for, very detailed instructions. Unfortunately the day we were supposed to arrive, my family woke up sick and we had to cancel. I couldn’t expect or want anything more from a host.
