Very clean and close to everything we were doing. The owner was very responsive and communicated every clearly as what to expect. Only problem was the upstairs neighbor had small children that ran through their apartment all night. Other than that we didn’t hear alot of street noise and we were there during Mardi Gras. Would stay again when visiting family.

Adorable Studio!

Cozy studio that is so well thought out! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the decor was truly special. Loved staying here and will definitely book again.

All in all the place is great, no complaints. Full of little quirks though: you can absolutely find places with a lot more space in the same price range and general area.A few things to note which don't appear in the listing:- "no hidden fees" except insurance (or a 3 grand deposit for which the host has no accounting duty)- the pictures you see is the entirety of the living space, there is nothing else; that means close to zero counter space, two folding tray tables, and yes it's a Murphy bed- the bathroom feels gigantic by comparison, but the bathtub is only accessible through two steps, kind of visible in the bottom right of the picture (i.e. not accessible if you don't have steady feet)- oven / range is overpowered if you intend to use it (it's not like you can do any hosting, but let's say you don't want to eat out every night or something)- make sure you pull on the door when locking / unlocking it, the latch will be iffy otherwise- bonus lizards (one pictured)

Fun Getaway

The property was great and just what we needed for our weekend get away. It was clean, modern and close to downtown and other fun activities. The only thing missing was a table and chairs to sit outside to enjoy the weather. I give this place a 10/10.

Perfect Getaway

Nice little place to stay

My husband and I really enjoyed this VRBO. It was very accessible in location being a very short distance from many of the main attractions we were interested in during our stay in Lafayette. It is also walking distance to many places to eat and visit including the Borden ice cream shop and the university. The place was very clean and had all the amenities I felt we needed. I’d definitely stay here again next time I come to visit this area.

Location! Location! Location!

Close to downtown and so much good food and entertainment but far enough away to be quiet and private. The place itself is well appointed and has all high quality furnishings. Tyler is very responsive and nice! This was my 2nd time to stay here and will be returning soon!

Cozy & Convenient!!

This property was conveniently located near entertainment and dining. It was safe and easy to find. Tyler was very responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and the place is just so darn cute! Take a walk over to Borden’s for some delicious ice cream. I definitely recommend this property.

Wished we could have stayed longer

We were in town from Texas. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay longer. The space was perfect for us and we look forward to staying again in the future. The finishes were great. The shower was haute and just what we needed after a long drive thru torrential rain.

We truly enjoyed our stay out the studio. It was cozy and in a great location. We had easy access where needed. Tyler was welcoming, and helpful when needed. There were only a few little things that kept me from giving this full stars. As mentioned, the studio does need updating. The paint and bed cabinet look as if it’s been a decade since this has been done. I also found that there was a wall socket cover missing along the entry way, which is worrisome. Though, honestly, these aren’t enough to mention on their own. What really bothered me, were the stains on the towels. Under house rules, any stained towels are charged to the guest, so when I opened a clean towel to find a very large green stain, I low key freaked. I did not want to be charged more than I already had. We’re retired, and on a budget. Later it happened again with a hand towel with what looked like black ick. I took photos both times and promptly sent them to Tyler, whom handled it wonderfully and patiently. However, it doesn’t change the fact that my relaxed experience away from home was now marred with anxiety, that further had to wait on a response, when I had been promised a 5star experience by the previous reviews. Mind you, it’s not that we’re dissatisfied with our experience. We’re not. It was very nice. It was just not the one that such stars would suggest- minus the paint, which we knew via review. **Please fix the door lock! You know it’s ridiculously finicky.

Beautiful Studio Near UL Campus

I stayed here with my daughter to visit UL campus. The proximity of the studio to the campus was within a 5-10 min walking distance depending on the campus building. Communication was great, and information was provided well before our stay. The studio, upon arrival, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing is that the microwave is placed in a high position above the refrigerator, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use it. I saw there was a stool in the bathroom that I was able to utilize. The decor was really cute and stylish. I loved the vintage-looking refrigerator. Overall, the studio was equipped with all of our needs. It was a great deal considering budget and location. I highly recommend staying here!
