Incroyable 5 bd / 5 ba en bord de mer Villa Infinity piscine avec entretien ménager

La Villa Corazon Del Mar (Cœur de la Mer) est la maison de bord de mer parfaite pour les amis et la famille de se réunir dans le luxe pour célébrer les anniversaires, les anniversaires ou les escapades de vacances. Nous avons 5 chambres chacune avec un lit King size. 4 chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée. 2 sont en bord de mer et 2 sont sur le côté est avec de petites patios privées. Ces deux chambres côté est ont chacune un lit futon / canapé en plus du lit king. A l'étage, nous avons deux lits futon / canapé sur le loft. Ensuite, la 5ème chambre à l'étage a le lit king et deux autres futon / canapé. Des lits. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée. La villa est conçue pour la vie privée avec un grand centre à rassembler qui se déverse dans le patio / piscine / bar / océan. Vous sortez de la terrasse sur l'herbe, puis sur le sable doux de la plage. L'eau de l'océan est chaude et douce. Janet et Tomas sont vos gardiens. Ils maintiennent la villa et les terrains entretenus et nettoyés du lundi au samedi. Tomas propose des services de chef en option. Janet est également certifiée en massage, soins du visage, manucure et pédicure. Vous ferez l'expérience de vraies vacances dans la Villa Corazon Del Mar. Nous avons un concierge qui organisera toute activité ou visite qui vous intéresse. Toutes les visites écologiques sont disponibles. Les restaurants / bars et les magasins sont accessibles à pied. Nous vous mettrons en contact avec des locations de voiturettes de golf pour courir facilement dans notre région. Le quartier de la Marina est juste une courte promenade au sud sur la plage. Assis sur la terrasse ou se détendre dans la piscine en regardant nos couchers de soleil spectaculaires et les bateaux qui naviguent est un rêve devenu réalité.

Amazing spot for a large group. Super spacious bedroom arrangements and endless lounging areas. The location of the home was perfect. Walkable to coffee shops, markets for groceries and dinner/lunch spots. We would definitely return to Portrero and without question would book this same home!

Amazing place to stay … house staff amazing ..chef amazing only reason you have not stayed here is because your thinking about it to long . From the airport pick to airport drop off top shelf our chef Maria “Mari” meals were excellent always on time I will with out doubt choose this house again to stay and would highly recommend to any one PURA VIDA!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!We cannot say enough great things about this home! We had 9 couples, and every single couple had their own bedroom and bathroom — which made the trip so comfortable and seamless. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still gather together.We rented golf carts for the full week, which made getting around easy and fun. While there isn’t a huge nightlife scene, we honestly didn’t need it — we made our own fun every night! There are so many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance, which was such a bonus.The in-house staff was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and so helpful throughout our stay. The owners were extremely responsive from start to finish, which made everything stress-free.One of the unexpected highlights? The ice machine at the pool bar! It may sound simple, but it made pool days that much better.We also had a chef come in for two nights, and the food was incredible. Such a fun and delicious experience for our group.Truly not one single issue the entire week. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly, highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean. Large enough for the 18 of us on a family get together. With 9 bedrooms, and all the rooms were large with en-suite bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Everyone loved being in the pool which was cleaned every day. The staff was delightful and fulfilled our every need from transportation to knowedge of good restaurants and fun things to do. We rented 2 golf cars which was super helpful in getting to grocery stores, etc. Being right on the ocean, we had spectacular sunsets every night and we had NO rain during our stay. We had a chef cook our dinner one night -- so nice to relax all day and have a delicious dinner prepared for us. Our ages are 11-77 and all loved the house and trip!

Absolutely love this place. The hosts are wonderful, we had food cooked in the house 3 nights and Donna is a wonderful cook. Great restaurants only a golf cart ride away. We will be back!

Family of 9 ranging in ages from 23 to 54. The house is awesome. The pictures do not do it justice!Golf cart rental is a must and a lot of fun. Lots of great restaurants - not a lot of shopping - not much night life.Super relaxing and exactly what we were looking for only wish we had booked additional days!

This villa is the full package!! From its location right on the beach to the attentive staff and amazingly helpful owners you won’t be disappointed! We utilized the chef services and both meals were outstanding! The maintenance, cleaning and security were very friendly and helpful, what a great team you get with this villa! We honestly can’t wait to come back!! Rent golf carts, visit Pura for breakfast and Gecko’s for lunch or dinner they are within walking distance of the villa! Take a ride on Rickdiculius if it is available during your stay, super fun time and an awesome crew come with it!

Family Beach Trip

My family of 16, ages 7-80, enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful, spacious and well cared for. When we had issues Jimmy was there to help. The beach is quiet, which we appreciate, and we loved being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. All around wonderful experience had by everyone in our group.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Corazon. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Having individual climate control for each bedroom was a fantastic feature. It was like having our own private resort. The town of Potrero was very friendly and comfortable.

We loved this house and the staff! They communicated well with us and helped us make the most of our stay. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Chef Anna made great food and then we ate at their restaurant las Brisa’s and danced! Did a catamaran with lazy lizard and loved them too

INCREDIBLE

Such an incredible place to stay! We had a group of 10 people and we had plenty of room in the house. The house is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach and walking distance to so many cool restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Potrero.

Absolutely fabulous home!

We absolutely loved this property! We loved the location right on the beach, to die for sunsets, and great location to everything we wanted to do while in Costa Rica. The owner was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival and Thomas and Janet were a pleasure to work with while there. We had several meals prepared by them and it was so good! Thank you!

Amazing views!!!

A group of 10 of us had an incredible week at Greg’s place. That view never gets old! The location is great, just a small walk to restaurants, shops and the grocery store, we also rented a golf and ventured out a bit further. Greg is very responsive and helpful with everything! Playa Potrero is an awesome little town and we all can’t wait to go back!

Villa Corazon Del Mar

Excellent vacation. The Villa and property were well maintained. Private security guard made us feel safe. Tomas cooked several excellent meals snd Janet have very good massages. Derwin was great arranging all transports and excursions. Chip worked out great with the golf cart rentals. Great private location. Jimmy was also fantastic very dependable.

Amazing Vacation!!

We had an amazing time visiting Costa Rica and staying at this lovely home. Greg and McKenzie were super responsive and helpful...really great to work with! The house is beautiful and it was amazing to be right on the beach and have a pool. The service providers they use are fantastic! We loved utilizing Janet's spa services and she was very professional. Tomas's food was very good. Alexandra at LEP and Chip at golf cart rentals both went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had the best experience possible. We would definitely like to go back again!

An excellent family vacation

The property was in an excellent location and the pictures accurately represent the home and location. The service provided by the host, property manager, and others such as the pool service, housekeeper, and security were also great. Each person was personable and offered prompt replies to our communications. This all set the ground for a fabulous vacation for the 12 of us. We took our kids and grandkids and I can say every person, ages 2 through 76, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The host, Mackenzie, went beyond to make sure our needs were met andmade perfect referrals such as for tours and transportation with Yellow Fin. Without hesitation we would go back again and will recommend this host and property to others. By the way, we had the personal chef for several meals and we were impressed with their skills and delighted with the food they served - fun and delicious!
