*REMODELED 2024* One of the Nicest & most luxurious condos at PSR-Top Floor condo. This condo has been lovingly restored. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, BBQ`s, Tennis, Pickleball courts, Basketball, Exercise room. In the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access.
In addition, there`s on-site, pickleball, tennis, a small fitness center, a heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location is West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) it`s within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Minto US open stay

We stayed in Naples because we were playing in the Minto US open pickleball tournament and this place looked perfect, especially since they have pickleball courts on the property. The courts weren’t great and desperately need resurfaced. It’s like they are hollow underneath and it doesn’t give you good practice. We ended up going to Veterans park often to play and it was great since lots of people were there practicing. The condo was very nice and remodeled and had everything you needed and more. The pool and property are lovely and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the tournament next year! Highly recommend!

Excellent property and location

My wife and I really enjoy our stay. The entire booking, check in, and check out process was excellence. The condo was in excellent condition and had all of the amenities that made us feel right at home. We were centrally located to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas. I would definitely book this condo again when we visit Naples again!!!

Lovely condo, beautifully furnished and appointed. Cookware and dishware abundant. We really enjoyed the lanai for coffee in the AM and a glass of wine in the evening. It’s exactly as in the pictures. The pool is lovely and the grill set up by the gazebo is a nice amenity and very well maintained. Great location for walking and also for restaurants and shopping. We loved Clam Pass Beach and the boardwalk/walkway there. A great stay and a great host.

Updated and super clean

Everything is new (except towels) and the place was spotless. The screened in porch is large and has a nice view. Plenty of parking and the on-site Dogfish restaurant was great. Mr Big Fish restaurant is just a quick walk. Loved the easy requirements for check out and that checkout was 11:00 (seems check outs are getting earlier and earlier). Website description needs to be updated - there is a keypad, so no need to get keys. Much easier than having to check in at the office. I was a little let down when we pulled up, the parking lot and front door look like a low budget motel - but once inside, it's a lovely space and view into the courtyard from the other side is great. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows.One thing to be aware of is that it looks like it's walkable to the water, but trying to walk to the beach is a meandering maze. The drive to Laudermilk beach is pretty quick (but parking is a challenge).Would recommend!
