The sun dances on the brow from the multiple screened porches at Sundance Rock. Floor to ceiling windows of amazing views, wide open living spaces and double master suites will make you wish for a longer stay! Fully equipped kitchen with island gives you plenty of room to serve up your favorite meals. Open living room with allllll the views (plus a sleeper sofa), complete with gas log fireplace when it's a little chilly on the mountain. Double master suites, each with its own en-suite bath and screened porch. Outside spaces include a large, deep covered porch to enjoy the views in any kind of weather, and a fire pit on the mountains edge. Mentone offers artist & antique shops and restaurants. Nearby activities include golf, DeSoto State Park, Little River Canyon National Preserve, horseback riding, hiking along rivers & waterfalls. Guests will be required to complete a rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID, and submit a refundable damage deposit hold.

Sundance Rock was perfect!

We planned to stay for 4 nights but we had such a wonderful time we extended our stay 2 more days. The cabin was great with fantastic views! We loved the huge back patio and screened in porches and spent the majority of our time there. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset every night. The house was spotless and met all of our needs. We will return!

Great Place with Great View

Sundance Rock is a great place for a relaxing stay in Mentone. My wife and I went for a 3 night, 4 day get away. Among the places we’ve stayed in Mentone, it was the quietest. A couple of a family of 4 would find this a perfect place to spend a weekend or longer. Close to downtown Mentone and only a short drive to DeSoto Falls, DeSoto State Park, and only a little farther to the Little River Canyon. The property manager, Delightful Retreats provided excellent service before and during our stay. Next time we need to get away, we will definitely book Sundance Rock again.

Easy online scheduling with easy check in. We really enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and taking in the brow view. The home looked exactly like the pics provided. The road access to the home is very easy and convenient.

Sundance Rock cabin itself is a beautiful, unique structure! The flooring is gorgeous. And it's decorated nicely. We love the open feel to all the rooms, with all the windows highlighting the spectacular views!! No steps (ramp) into the front door is a plus getting our luggage, etc. in/out. The cabin is so comfortable, with everything we needed for a wonderful stay! It's so peaceful and just beautiful in the spring. Of course, the back deck is where I spent most of the time there! Looking over the valley, whether morning, noon, or night, was heavenly. We would - no question - stay again!!

Fall Visit

Sundance Rock is the perfect cabin for two couples. We each had our own wonderful king size bed and bathroom. The front porch overlooks the brow and goes across the whole front of the cabin. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Another Spectacular Weekend Getaway

This was our second time staying here with another couple and we were as delighted as the first time. A beautiful over the Brow with a convenient location to Mentone. Features two master suites, with plenty of screened in decking from which to enjoy the view. Spacious kitchen, comfortable furniture, it even features a wine fridge. I strongly suggest this for a small family or a couples getaway.

Gorgeous cabin!

Look no further! If you are visiting the Mentone area, you need to stay here! This cabin is beautiful and super clean! The owners have decorated with such detail! So cozy! The porch is huge with beautiful view! My husband and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the peace and quiet away from everything. Convenient to Fort Payne, DeSoto Park waterfalls, and an easy 45 minute drive to Chattanooga. We will definitely be back!!

This is an awesome house and perfect for two couples. The view is great. The people in Mentone are so friendly and kind. Holley with delightful retreats is the best. I don't know how our stay could have been made better.
