Adorable on the outside, stunning on the inside! Bed was comfortable, plenty of room for our bags, secure locks so we felt safe! Owners were beyond helpful and kind! Went for a friend’s wedding and decided to stay for our anniversary too! Perfect weekend getaway!

U Dayton Parent weekend

It’s five minutes from campus and student housing. Much nicer than any hotel near campus. A/C was a little weird. Warm air would sometimes blow in through the old ductwork 1/2 cancelling out the A/C. The kitchen was very convenient

Great, but no hot tub

Listing said they had a hot tub, but they dont. I think they are trying to fix that. They brought us a bottle of wine for our troubles though. Place was clean, they had lots of amenties and soap and stuff. We may stay there again.

Beautiful space with noisy above neighbors

This space was lovely and clean. But there were a few things we were looking for. The listing said it had a hot tub. It does not! There was no cozy spot to relax and enjoy a movie together. And the biggest problem was the neighbors who were up with loud music till after 12 both nights and even after that were making so much noice marching around above us. There are also water pipes in the wall by our bed so several times at night it woke me up water flowing in the wall by my bed. Same noise level for coming back to take a nap Saturday. The host was amazing and called us after a question of no hot tub or bbq grill. Said he would bring by a bottle of wine, but nothing. The location is good but I would have rather had a nice quiet place to sleep.
