Magnifique 3/2. 5 Maison de ville avec vue sur l'Atlantique!

Vous apprécierez cette belle maison de ville de 3 chambres avec vue sur l'Atlantique. Nos clients sont ravis de la qualité de l'équipement de notre maison de ville! J'ai souvent préparé des repas de Thanksgiving dans l'unité, avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin! Il y a deux niveaux de balcons - celui du maßtre est trÚs privé et celui du haut a une vue magnifique!

Nous avons une belle et grande table carrée en bois et un confortable canapé avec 2 fauteuils inclinables dans le salon. Nos nouveaux ajouts en 2019 incluent de nouveaux vélos (3 @ 20 "et 2 @ 26"), des planches de bodyboard et des chaises de plage, et une machine à laver. Je mets constamment à jour et rafraßchit notre unité. Nous avons tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouvelles chaises de salle à manger, une nouvelle douche carrelée et un nouveau look dans la chambre principale. Nous espérons que vous les apprécierez!

Le club-house offre un excellent divertissement lorsque vous voulez vous reposer du soleil ou si vous avez un jour de pluie (le ciel nous en préserve!) . Le clubhouse comprend du racquetball intérieur, du matériel d'entraßnement, du baby-foot, une table de billard, une table de ping-pong, des toilettes, une piscine, un bain à remous, du tennis et du basket-ball. La piscine est généralement ouverte le Memorial Day tout au long du mois de septembre, mais souvent plus longtemps (ouverte jusqu'au 14 octobre 2019).

Veuillez noter que VRBO exige que je fasse une rĂ©servation en ligne. Jusqu'Ă  prĂ©sent, j'ai pu saisir le devis manuellement avant qu'il ne vous soit envoyĂ©. CEPENDANT, maintenant cela vous arrive automatiquement, avec une fenĂȘtre de 24 heures pendant laquelle je peux ajuster le prix. Je m'excuse Ă  l'avance si la citation est diffĂ©rente de la rĂ©alitĂ©. Cela devrait ĂȘtre vrai, mais parfois ce n'est pas le cas. Je voulais vous en informer Ă  l'avance. La seule chose qui change habituellement est les frais de carte de crĂ©dit, car VRBO ne me permet que de mettre un montant, pas un pourcentage. Les frais de service VRBO sont ajoutĂ©s Ă  mon devis si vous rĂ©servez via VRBO.
C'est un endroit idéal pour un moment de paix et de tranquillité.

Great trip!

Complex was quiet and peaceful, beach access very simple. Unit was in great condition and garage contained everything we needed for the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with everything & more that you need at the beach. The beds were all very comfortable . The beach chairs were great. Loved the balcony & sitting out there with ocean views. We were just all very impressed & hope to stay there on our future visits to the Outer Banks.

Fantastic stay!

The owner is fantastic. Great view from the deck. Can hear the waves crashing. Beds are comfortable and the owner has this rental stocked with most things you may have forgotten. Easy walk and private access to the beach and pool! We would rent again for sure!

A great little getaway

We loved staying at Sea Dunes J5. It is a perfect location. Lynn is a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, for cooking, for relaxing or for bike riding. It really is a home away from home.

We had a great stay. Restaurants, grocery stores and attractions were all nearby. The condo had everything including things like sugar. We didn't need to restock anything for our 5 night stay. The condo had lots of room and was very comfortable.

The property is clean, close to the beach, spacious, and full of light and fresh sea breezes. Convenient to food and activities and located at a good point from which to explore the northern and southern parts of the Outer Banks. There are thoughtful little touches throughout the house, the kitchen is great, and it's nice to have access to the clubhouse on the property. We would definitely recommend this property.

Just about everything we needed was already there. This made the stay so much easier. Owners were very communicative and had lots of little touches that went a long way to making the vacation wonderful.

Excellent hosts and convenient location

Owners are extremely responsive and informative of changing local weather conditions. Convenience to beach is best feature of property and it is very well stocked. We found the beds to be a little less comfortable than we would like and some of the kitchen supplies were not in the best condition but they were supplied. Overall we had a great week and would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners made it convenient for out-of-state travellers by supplying lots of supplies: towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner if you didn't bring your own. The house was extremely comfortable and was located right across the street from the beach. While there was room for 6 people, we only had 3 so there was lots of space. The townhouse was conveniently close to the Wright Brothers Memorial, and an easy distance from Roanoke Island or Corolla. I highly recommend this place if you're headed to OBX!

We are now thrilled to be living just off the Island, in Powells Point. We love the beach and are happy to have the best rental on OBX! We have one son who is serving in the Air Force. Our other son (his wife and their two children) serves in the Coast Guard.

We love having a place at the Outerbanks! It is peaceful, very non-commercial, and relaxing! We wanted a place close enough to enjoy!

I also love that we provide all you need for a great vacation! I am often there for a month, and I have all I need for cooking all meals and enjoying the beach!

We love walks on the beach, diners out, and just relaxing. We enjoy it in the off-season and enjoy having the place to ourselves!
