3 bedroom 3 bath condo located within walking distance to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. 1/2 block from trolley stop. Bedroom 1 has king size bed. bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk in shower. bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, private bathrooms. Flat screen TV’s with cable. Seasonal fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped, Washer/Dryer in condo.The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain and some sites from Gatlinburg. Bldg does have an elevator.
The space: The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain, some sites from Gatlinburg or just sit out back and watch nature and the wildlife. No need to worry about parking or traffic the condo is located within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg's restaurants, shops and attractions. Guest access: The entire Condo is for your use Open air well lit walkway to your private entrance of your Condo. There is a heated indoor pool and hot tub on the first floor:10-9

We were in town for a soccer tournament so location was convenient for where we needed to go. Also, it was a 10 minute walk into town so we did not have to search for parking in town.

Loved this place. Perfect size, and close to the strip. We saw bears on the property every day. Host was responsive. Great stay!

I was a little worried when we first arrived at condos, they are older and in need of some refreshing. Condo itself was pretty clean considering being an original Gatlinburg condo. We basically were there to sleep so we didn’t use any amenities, loved that all three of us couples had our own bedroom with bath, location was great if you can handle a little bit of an incline walking back to condo we were fine but for older people or those with mobility issues may have a struggle.

Site was near the state park entry and close to Pegion Forge. We didnt make the walk to the shopping area due to the incline of the road walking back. Recommend the Skywalk and State Park drives. We were there is September. Visiting Gatlinburg in the summer months might be a little hectic for traffic. Site was comfortable and nice to stretch out after a week of hotels. We shopped at a grocery for quick breakfast items, so we didn't cook. Washer and dryer were excellent to have.

Hidden gem

We go to Gatlinburg often but I never knew this complex was there. Great location. Bear activity was high, I love watching them. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends

Very comfortable and well appointed. Cozy for 6 adults. Nice little balcony with a great view is shared by 2 bedrooms. Good location for walking to town. Excellent communication with management.Would stay again. using the shuttle.

Great location

Condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Saw black bears on property daily. Convenient location within walking in distance to shops and attractions. Parking limited but we only had one car so not a problem for us. No one in office during our stay but we did not have any needs so was not an issue. Nice having adjoining bathrooms to all bedrooms and full size washer/dryer. There were extra supplies for everything. Much appreciated. Would recommend if you want to enjoy the many things to do in Gatlinburg and surrounding area.

The host did not communicate regarding door code/check in procedures. VRBO staff did an excellent job getting us that information. Only heard from the host 10 minutes before check out reminding us it was time to go. We had been gone an hour. The place was nice enough, the beds were comfy. Overall, good stay.

Gatlinburg is the best place with a balance of fun, nature and relaxation. Our 3 bed 3 bath condo gives your private bathrooms per bed room. Also, the balcony gives our hosts a relaxing time right from the condo watching the setting sun across the skybridge and the smokies. The indoor pool and hot tub creates summer time and winter time activity for kids and adults. Being the end unit - it’s very quiet and bear sightings is almost sure as it’s wooded at the back side yet secured.
