PARROTVILLE Townhome in Windward Park by RENT KEY WEST VACATIONS

This spacious vacation home is just a block from downtown Key West's famous Duval Street and has an open floor plan with lots of space on the main level for relaxing and entertaining. The first floor has a comfortable seating area with couch and chairs and a flat screen television for those days you want to get out of the sun and just relax. Completing the first floor is a dining area, a full modern kitchen with a bar and stools, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a full, shared bath. The front bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, and opens to a second floor porch with views of the pool area and compound. The rear bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a double closet.

Parrotville is located in an ideal area of Old Town Key West. A short stroll to Duval Street offers world-class restaurants, bars, shopping, and galleries. Hop on a bicycle and head down to Mallory Square or the Key West Seaport, just a slightly farther ride. Everything is pretty close on our island. The beaches are also just a short distance from Parrotville. 

We offer all the comforts you need for your stay in paradise including WiFi, flat screen TVs, laundry, a lovely and inviting community pool, and one assigned parking space. There is a 4 person maximum limit to this home. This condo is in a quiet local community and is not recommended for parties or group celebrations.  We ask you to please be respectful of the residents and neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum.

Great location, great amenities

We were very happy with the stay, there were everything we forgot to think of when planning to cook a few meals at home. Only down side the secondary bedrooms had tiny twin beds hard to sleep in for adults.

"Key" place to stay

Loved this place, how quaint it was and close it was to everything. It really needs mosquito spray or candles though; we were all eaten up like crazy!

Great spot

Recommend for a great vacation. Location is central, 2 blocks off Duval. House has everything you need. Pool is nice. Quiet complex. Couple of cats hang outside. Walking distance to most things.

Have stayed in this unit many times over the last 20yrs. New owners have updated the living room furniture to make it more comfortable. Outside landscaping for whole complex needs attention...

Down at the Lah De Dah

House was great, in a great location, and had everything we might need. The beds were really comfortable and the couch was too! It was clean, the pool was great. Nicely decorated which added to the beach vibe.

Anniversary Trip

We came down for our 30th anniversary and had a wonderful time! The property was perfect! Located in a quiet area and close enough to Duvall and all of the places we wanted to explore and eat at. Air conditioning was on point when we we would get back from walking around. Would definitely book here again!

A few snags
.

Nice place - great location. Property need repairs: main bathroom upstairs did not produce any hot water and the drain was plugged - had to use down stairs shower. The front door deadbolt is very sticky and extremely difficult to open - my wife was unable open the lock several times - almost broke the key off in the lock. The master bedroom pillows were hard and cheap - want a sore neck - sleep in that bed for a week

From 1-10, it was a 12!

Really lovely place, well-decorated and well-appointed. Perfect gathering place in the front - private, with a grill. Upstairs balcony was also a huge plus. Everything was just what you would want in a getaway place. The location was close to the commotion, but peaceful, private, and safe. It seemed like this place was the best of all the condos in the setting.

Terrific Key West home

Beautiful property very close to Duval Street. Spacious with very nice accommodations. Quality furniture and fixtures, excellent TVs and other appliances, quality linens and dishes. everything was very well maintained and there were lots of thoughtful additions (beach towels, games, books, maps, condiments). Having a full sized washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Pool was great and we used it a lot.

So Nice!

The property was clean and well maintained both indoors and outdoors. Located near Duval Street with easy walking to many restaurants. Property is quiet and a nice escape to just chill.

Great location for a great vacation

Close proximity to Duval Street and all attractions. Never needed a car since we were able to walk everywhere. The location is very quiet and secluded which we loved. Accommodations were great. A few suggestions would be to have live TV available on all TVs, have room darkening shades in bedrooms, and having an ironing board available would have been helpful. We didn’t need one, but having a mop and broom in case there was a spill or mess that needed to be cleaned up would be good. Overall, it was a great property and I would highly recommend it

Well maintained and managed

Property was clean, comfortable, convenient to Duval St. and well maintained. Overall I rate 5 out of 5. Stayed during Hurricane Ian and property and pool were cleaned up the following day.
