We just checked out and so wish we could’ve extended our stay even longer! We’ve done this beach several times but this has by far been our favorite rental so far. Amazing location, great price, an easy walk to the beach that is accessible to the public! We enjoyed each kid having their own bedroom and the screened in patio! The bikes were a huge hit for us as well, we did seaside one night for dinner and it was an easy commute! The communication was fantastic, the house came with all the necessities needed for our stay. We will be back again!

Nice but noisy

Very nice& very clean.Large kitchen to fix anything you want . Master bedroom & bath very nice & spacious. Super comfortable beds. Also a very nice screened in porch which we used a lot. Condo also came with nice beach chairs& umbrellas. The 4 bikes were a nice addition also, 5 minute easy walk to beach.

Awesome condo near beach

My family enjoyed this amazing and clean condo with close access to beach and other beach towns for exploring. Everything we needed for our vacation including a large pool and bikes. Would recommend and stay here again. Pictures online were just what we expected. Great and quick communication with owner.

Girls trip

This property was clean and it had everything you needed for you stay 
 the screened in porch/patio area was perfect for dinner if you chose to cook 
 games was available for rainy days etc 
 temperature was perfect after a hot day on the beach

Unfortunate experience

Apartment was just simply dirty. For the most part my family and I could overlook and clean it ourselves as we saw fit, but we made the mistake of not checking the beds up until we were getting ready to go to sleep. The sheets were gross. We had to do laundry at 10pm prior to laying down after a 12 hour flight to get to the city. I took several pictures and informed the management of the property which in my opinion did not handle it well. After some back and forth we agreed the cleaning fee was going to be refunded, however they only refunded part of it. I would not stay here again neither recommend it to anyone.

Fall Break at Santa Rosa

Perfect location. The property was clean and well-appointed with a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Communication from the management company was outstanding. We would stay here again!

Amazing Condo!

Loved this condo! It's perfectly located, close to Seaside, easy walk to the beach. There were bikes but we didn't use them. Publix is close by. They lay out of the condo is perfect & the kitchen is well stocked. 5pm is a late check-in. If I would request any change, it would be a 3pm check-in. We loved this condo & will plan to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being so close to the beach - easy walk but had to carry the wagon down the long stairs to the beachfront and had to arrive early to get on the front row of the tiny parcel of beach left for regular people. The apartment was clean and sunny and perfect for grandmother, mom, dad and kids. The pool and bikes just added to the fun. So close to so many great places - we rode the bikes to Seaside multiple times! Management was impeccable. Highly recommend for the price.

Cute place!

The place was very cute! Looks just like the pictures! Beds were very comfy. Beach was beautiful! Only one suggestion. The walk to the beach is about 15 mins away with quite a few steps to get down to the beach. It would be great to have a lock for the wagon so you could lock the wagon up at the bike rack located before the beach ramp. Then you can carry your stuff down from there. You have to have some muscles to get the wagon down the stairs. :)

Nice getaway

Overall a nice place to stay. Only complaints are the floors appeared clean but were not and some bath towels were stained. Had to wear socks or wash feet before getting in bed. Food items, a pill and receipts were found near beds. Liked having a outside closet to store items from beach and enjoyed the bikes. Simple issues that can be resolved with better housekeeping.

Great condo!

This condo is exactly how it’s pictured! The walk to the beach is a little far with 2 little ones and adults but doable and we enjoyed all the shopping and experiences Seaside has to offer!

Had issue finding correct tv remotes. House manager resolved. Only suggestion I would have is to have one full length mirror in the condo. Other than that we had a great time

Nice beach condo

Condo was very nice, just as described. The condo manager was very responsive to our needs. Having the bikes included in the week was great, as we did not have to take ours with us. There was a problem with one of the bikes and the company replaced it with another within a few hours. Nice place to stay.

Spring Break Trip 2023

What a perfect place to stay! Just like the pictures and right across the street from the beach (a very short walk/bike ride). I loved having access to bikes and beach gear-you can get anywhere with the bikes and avoid the traffic. Response time for issues was quick and handled appropriately. We can't wait to go back again!
