The No Drive beach on one side, less stressful for families with children. *One of the newest condos on the beach completed 2007-08 with a Gym fitness room and club room just renovated which includes a pool table and place to hang out. Pool area just re opened after a 1.7 million dollar renovation (it doubled in sitting area)

This amazing OCEAN FRONT condo over looks the "World Famous Beach" located next to the Traffic Free no driving are in the residential area of Daytona Beach Shores just north of Ponce Inlet and east of Port Orange. The area features everything from high end dining, golfing and shopping. If you're like me and love the sound of a well tuned engine Ferrari World Finals, Rolex 24hr, Daytona 500, Coke 400 or the roar of a Harley "the Worlds Largest Bike Week" or just dig your toes in the soft beach sand and go for a walk in search of the perfect shell, driftwood or hunt for missing treasure.
Relax in your Master suite featuring floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that step out to a pirvate balcony overlooking the ocean with a million dollar view, king size pillow top mattress with dresser and end tables, relax in a chair with your book or magazine or cozy up in bed and watch a movie or catch up on your favourite TV show with a 50 inch Smart TV. Large master ensuite washroom features jetted poker tub for two, his and hers sinks with granite counter top, hair dryer, walk in spa like shower, walk in closet.
Second master suite features king size mattress, dresser, his and her end tables with USB charging ports, walk in closet, 40 inch TV connected to XUMO streaming box, 3 piece bathroom with granite counter top.
Third bedroom features a queen mattress with bedroom set night table, dresser, walk in closet, 40 inch TV connected to a XUMO streaming box.
Fourth bedroom in a converted den featuring two (2) pillow top twin beds, dresser, and 40 inch TV connected to a XUMO streaming box. Third bathroom in between third and fourth bedroom features granite counter top, hair dryer.
Kitchen features drip style coffee maker, microwave, oven with cook top, dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice and water, granite counter overlooking dining area with a wood table seats 6 counter height, light and fan.
Main family room features floor to ceiling double glass sliding doors that step out to private 11th floor balcony that overlooks pool and hot tub area as well as ocean, cozy up on the 2 white leather couches and turn on the 50 inch TV with built in surround sound connected to a XUMO streaming box and enjoy your favourite shows or cozy up on the 4 chairs overlooking the beach.
Patio has seating for 4 plus a table to watch the dolphins in the ocean.
The Laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, laundry sink and is located off the main hallway.
We have a storage locker located on the elevator hallway full of everything you need for a week of beach fun. Beach buggy to carry everything down that flips into a table and chairs.
If you have stayed in the Sanibel condo building before you will love this unit recently tiled and painted "over $45,000 spent on new floors" Family friendly 11th floor over looking the pool and hot tub area. Last condo right next door to the "No Traffic" beach area. Assigned Underground parking with opener provided with parking pass, available overflow parking upstairs (MAX 2 cars per unit). Exercise room and pool table available on main floor in the Club room with outdoor cooking grills. After renting in the building 8 times we decided to buy our own unit. Once you visit you will fall in love and make it a yearly tradition like my family and friends do. Over flow and trailer parking is available at a storage unit safe and permitted (at additional cost). Save the stress, we have taken care of everything.

Condo was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 6. We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio enjoying the amazing views. Elevators were out of service for a few days, but the building staff did an amazing job of operating the elevators manually, on call, until they were repaired. Dennis graciously offered a chance to move to a unit on the second floor, but thanks to the staff, we were able to stay on floor 11. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Daytona October 2024 weather update
The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The amenities listed were spot on. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by hurricane Milton.
The owners were extremely accommodating and offered us a plethora of options during this time . Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more .They were highly responsive and available for any needs . I 1000% would book again.

Upscale condo. Looks brand new. Top floor.
It’s nice staying in the penthouse because no one else is above you. You have a fantastic view and you're ocean front. Beds were comfortable and the place was well appointed with dishes, cooking utensils towels etc. we rarely even saw another tenant in the building. I think this was the largest condo we’ve ever stayed in four bedrooms and 3 baths. Thanks Dennis! Will be back.
