Breathtaking is the only way to describe the views of the ocean unit in one of Daytona`s newest luxury buildings. Enjoy lounging or playing at the brand new pool while overlooking the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and large bedrooms that are perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Close to dining, drinks, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy a walk or bike ride on the beach, just step outside the building and you will have toes in the sand.
Exquisite luxury in this no-expense-spared unit. furniture and decor, fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy the perfect beach vacation. Walk right onto your balcony and right out to the brand new pool overlooking the ocean.
Guest will be emailed access instructions by 8pm the night of check-in. Instructions will include Lobby and Unit Code instructions. Please note, this building has limited parking that is first come, first served. During busy weeks, holidays and event weeks parking may be difficult but there are overflow lots in the area that may be accessed (also first come first served).

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:
I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS Condos unfortunately do not allow any trailer parking.We don`t charge a security deposit but instead a small damage waiver which will cover up to $2500 in damage no questions asked. Please note, damage waiver does not cover smoke in house...so please make certain you smoke whatever you smoke outside not near doors/windows. Smoke or smoke smell in unit will result in eviction and a $500 charge to card on file. Please smoke outside with all doors closed so this is not an issue as we take this very seriously. We work hard to keep the unit beautiful and it`s next to impossible to get smoke smell out of things so please respect this rule.

Was a great week. Place was clean and great for our family. Our only disappointment was the hot tub was broken the whole week as the condo was waiting for a part to come in. Would rent again!

Beautiful place exactly as described with stunning views! Weather was cold and spend majority of time in hot tub. Pool listed as heated although not very warm likely due to colder weather. Booklet in condo stated contact for late checkout although not able to accommodate. Check in was not clear and parking pass not in lockbox. Management responded almost immediately when contacted and resolved issues. We still would rate as a 5 star rating as place was beautiful and very clean.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean & on the beach. The only negative that myself & family can say is regarding the vehicles on the beach front. With a child of 6 years old. It was a tad concerning knowing and watching the amount of vehicles that drove up and down.

WONDERFUL VACATION with family
The view when you walk in is breathtaking, the ocean, pool and hot tub. Four bedrooms with three bathrooms were perfect for us and our son’s family. Our kitchen was adequate for our needs. We went to Top Golf in Jacksonville and Discovery Cove, Orlando, that was so much fun! However underwhelming was a 1.5 hr. Safari tour on St. John River. The manatees which apparently migrate to FL west coast in summer, only alligators, birds and plant life. Walks on the beach could be endless. One bed was very squeaky however we slept very well! One fry pan needed replacing. When we arrived we didn’t have correct code to enter. Someone exiting gave it to us. These were all minor issues and we’d absolutely recommend this Vrbo.
