Perfect location, easy walkable access to great restaurants and more. Appreciated the little things like a welcome note and plastic covered remotes and lots of extra towels! Wish that there was earlier check-in or option for later checkout as you don’t really get a full two day rental with 10am exit time but that’s about it! Def great place!

Great location!

This property was an amazing location, just a block or two away from hundreds of breweries and restaurants. The property was incredibly clean, updated with very nice appliances and the showers were gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again in our next trip.

Great pick!

I really enjoyed my stay with friends for a quick getaway. This location is prime to downtown- you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. It’s very spacious and well appointed. I would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable with great amenities

Cute and clean condo in downtown Asheville. Walking distance to almost everything! Great amenities. Only downside is the number of homeless that hang out near the building. A little unsettling.

Thanks for your kind review! And yes, with COVID restrictions on shelters and the economic fallout, we have had an unfortunate increase in homelessness city-wide. Hopefully, things will start to improve.

Texas Girls trip

Loved our stay! We felt safe and each time we came back to our room we expressed how much we loved our room here. Close to Trader Joe’s we were able to get what we need as far as food . Biltmore was right down the road also. Again 4 girls traveling and it’s all about feeling safe!!! The rooms were also updated and very clean. The master bed and bath was Very Nice!

Asheville with Family

The location of this property was perfect for our trip. It was just 5 minutes from the Biltmore Estate and the freeway to the Blue Ridge Mountains where we went hiking. Our family was still social distancing, but if we were interested in going into bars/restaurants/retail shopping, there was plenty of that within walking distance. The condo was clean and well appointed and we received all the information needed in advance to insure our trip went smoothly. I loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Asheville Sisters’ weekend

Four of us had a girls weekend away in Asheville. It was a first time visit for all of us. This condo was the perfect spot for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops as we explored the city. Owner was very communicative and condo was in excellent condition with very nice amenities. We had a car and security was appreciated in garage along with access to building and unit. Would highly recommend this vrbo.

Perfect for a girls getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the location, it was easy walking to just about anywhere, and only a few miles away from the Biltmore. You will read in some of the other reviews that the building is across from the bus station, and it is, however as 5 ladies over 50, we didn’t encounter any negativity from the location, even when out later in the evening. We did have a minor issue with linens but it was very quickly resolved. Things will happen and the way issues are resolved is what really matters. We so appreciated the quick resolution of the problem. We will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Great Stay

Condo is as advertised, very nice. Great location where you can walk or take a short Uber ride. Bruce was terrific to work with, and his suggestions were very helpful. Best thing I can say is that I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We stayed in this condo for a 3 day weekend. Very clean and had most everything we needed. The check in and check out process was very well explained. We loved the condo layout and enjoyed our visit. It was perfectly situated 2 blocks to the downtown area and 2 blocks from the south slope breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Lovely and immaculate rental within walking distance to everything! Spacious rooms, balcony, well equipped, and felt brand new. We loved the Keurig and coffee bar (bring your own sugar) as well as other thoughtful touches such as built in shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the convenience of the garage parking spot and the security of the building. If you’re looking for a pretty view, this is not for you. It’s all about comfort and convenience. Our host, Bruce, was very thorough and offered helpful tips and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend!
