The place was beautiful. The host provided some very nice items for us (coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and facial tissues).The only issue we had was the entry software stopped working for us on the last night. We called the emergency number and got into the building.

The primary purpose of any lodging is to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that’s not possible here. The mattress in the master bedroom is extremely lumpy and sunken. It’s clearly very old, and in dire need of replacement. We slept poorly and had sore backs from it. The linens were a poor quality, for example, our duvet did not even have a cover on it. Finally, the pillows were too small for the bed size and smelled stale. The last issue with the master bedroom is that the bathroom has a barn door that has a 1 inch gap on all sides, so there is absolutely no privacy when you use the bathroom.Aside from these issues, the apartment is in an excellent location- you can walk to everything. The apartment itself has a very nice and spacious layout, and is in a beautiful building. The management team was extremely responsive. If they would just fix the bed situation, this would be a five star stay

Great location and wonderful property with gated/off street private parking lot. Nice balcony if you want to hang out and have a coffee/cocktail. Also walkable to most of what you come to Asheville for. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay and would definitely return!Pros-Lots of space, updated appliances and kitchen space, cute family room area, plenty of room for our family and all of our things, very clean and well stocked for a long weekend stay (didn't need extra TP or paper towels which was really nice), easy to follow directions all the way through, fantastic and timely communication with the host, great parking, amazing location, comfy beds, in unit washer/drier, quiet neighbors--great for families. Check in and out were a breeze and we were able to communicate ahead of time to get app access for myself and my husband. Everything went very smoothly!Challenges- Would love to see newer towels and king size pillows for the king size beds. The towels were a bit scratchy and thin, like gym towels and pillows provided felt smaller than standard size so it was a little hard to get comfy at bedtime but easy things to bring or update.During our stay there were lots of emergency vehicle sirens going by often. Definitely recommend bringing a sound machine or something to drown out noise at night but the location and all other things makes it worth the noise outside. For it being in a larger complex, the indoor neighbor noise was incredibly minimal so we were really impressed with that! Thank you Towns Property for your amazing hospitality!

Lots of stomping

The apartment/condo has a child that ran back and forth for long periods of time several times a day. Honestly I would not have believed a child could run back and forth as long as it did without resting!! It would have been amazing if it had not been so loud and absolutely annoying. Other than that the condo was very nice and would rent again if the same family were not above it. I did have a problem with my phone opening the door, the management company came right over and tried to fix it but they could not either, my son’s phone worked fine though. They also brought me a fob to use since the problem was not resolved. FYI I have an iPhone 15 with ATT and the app said it was active and ready to go but would not open the door even after deleting and getting a new code

Perfect Asheville Spot

This location of the property is perfect for a visit to Asheville. One block off Biltmore ave so very close to everything but also quiet. This is a second floor unit and on the same level as the parking deck so you can enter and leave without using the stairs or elevator. This is a corner unit with a L shaped balcony. It is the largest balcony of all the units. Because it is L shaped and wraps around the corner there is always a shady side. We had neighbors with kids and we did not hear them when we were in our unit. The host was very responsive - we always had a response to questions within an hour.If we come back to Asheville we will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Easy, included parking + pet friendly + walkable to both South Slope breweries / food (about 10 mins) and downtown (about 6 mins). Saved us money vs a nearby hotel, too! Very nice condo and building. Note the front door isn't accessible for non-residents.

Cozy and Convenient

The condo was well kept and clean. It had everything we needed and very comfortable furniture. It's a 2 minute walk to Biltmore, which is super convenient for shopping and eating.

Great Space. Excellent Location.

The condo fit four adults very comfortably. The location was ideal for walking around downtown Asheville. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely return. The only drawback was that only one phone provides entry into the building. It made having separate plans within our group a bit difficult.

Awesome Asheville!

This property was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. It was clean, modern, well appointed and super comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful. It has a beautiful deck that wraps around 2 sides with nice furniture outside. The location was fantastic. Walking instance to many great restaurants, breweries and coffee stops.

Convienent and easy to come and go

Second stay in this building - great place, some road noise but it’s the city and after 8pm it settles quickly. Close to everything you need and parking is easier the second stay.

Asheville Springbreak

Perfect location for checking out Downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas. The condo is the perfect setup for working through your itinerary at your own pace. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Great Location

Probably the best location in this building. There are a lot of rentals on the 2nd floor and this ne is at the end of the corridor with the hill going down so you are not at street level that you are at the other end of the building. Apartment is huge with two en-suite double rooms. Perfect for 2 couples. The bathroom for the second bedroom has two doors and can also be used as the hall bath if needed. Kitchen is equipped enough for a few days, could do with a couple more wine glasses Would stay there again if ever we go back to Asheville.

Downtown Asheville

We loved our stay! Great place, super quite building, close to everything - shopping, restaurants, breweries, live music, etc. Would highly recommend. We felt safe in this area as well. Unit had a nice outdoor patio with lots of sunshine which we used at the end of a long day of adventures. Little noisy outside a few mornings with trucks etc., but that was about the only thing. I would give it 5 stars!
