Welcome to our beautiful boutique loft apartment, located in the heart of downtown Asheville! With its sunlit rooms, warm industrial feel, and contemporary decor, this unique space is the perfect home away from home. This property is right in the middle of all the great restaurants and shops in Asheville. It is a large, well stocked space. It was a great place for our family as we explored the city. The property is very secure.

Absolutely beautiful Loft right in downtown Asheville. Extremely convenient to many of the restaurants, shops, and breweries. The Loft was extremely spacious, well stocked, and very clean! Loved the decor! Will stay again!

Host was very responsive. The location can’t be beat and the place looks exactly as advertised. It’s true that there is a great deal of outside noise due to the location but nothing that a white noise app can’t fix. Highly recommend!

This property is a spacious, modern, remodeled condo in downtown Asheville. Convenient drive to Biltmore home. It is clean and has all needed amenities to increase comfort. Unfortunately, the location above a restaurant/bar is extremely loud at times.

Fantastic property overall. Very well appointed. The decorating, thoughtful lighting design and vaulted ceilings makes it a beautiful place. Easy check in. Plus, if you’re looking to be in the heart of the action in Asheville, this property is a great option.

The Luxe Loft was beautiful and well appointed. It is a perfect downtown location. Easy walk to anything downtown. With that comes a downside. It was loud at night due to it's downtown location. It is, also, over a restaurant/bar making sleep at a decent hour in the master bedroom near impossible. The sound machines provided were very helpful. I'd stay there again but would pack earplugs!

I have to give this place five stars even if it wasn't perfect, because the location is so perfect - walkable to everything in downtown Asheville - and the owners / hosts have put such effort into the renovation of the apartment to make it stylish and comfortable, even amid hurricane recovery. Just know this is in an old warehouse building right downtown - so no surprise it is hard to heat in winter (there are space heaters), and no surprise there is noise from the nearby bar on weekend nights (there are earplugs). Overall it's a fun place with urban flair. We loved our trip and are hoping to rent this unit again!
