A fireplace in the living room adds warmth and ambiance, while the outdoor firepit and grill give you cooking and lounging options. Located on Biltmore Avenue in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available and cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.
