Brand New Construction-Ocean Views- Private Pool - Plenty of room for everyone!

7 Bedrooms each one with an en suite bath, smart TV's in every room. Ping pong table, outside bar with TV, screened in porch overlooking the heated pool. 2 full size laundry rooms, 2 car garage, an elevator for those that need it, AND ocean views. Location is key, great restaurants within walking distance, 2 grocery stores and a drug store less than a half mile away, 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the beach(no stairs or dunes to climb, no highways to cross). We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for easy transport. Close to the Alligator Farm, the Lighthouse, and downtown. If your party is extra large ask us about our other property next door, we've been renting it for 14+ years with nearly 200 Exceptional reviews!!!

Loved the big open kitchen living area, pool deck and nice outdoor furniture with screened in porch on main level. Mulit generational weekend to celebrate wedding - perfect spot!

Fantastic way to close out the summer. The house was amazing and the perfect layout. The pool area is perfect with the outdoor bar and sitting area. Easy access to the beach with everything you need there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Exactly as pictured. We were they for my sons wedding at the White Room which was only 15 minutes away. We took advantage of every amenity. The pool, all 7 bedrooms and all 8 bathrooms and of course the close proximity to the beach! We had and awesome time. I highly recommend this property, we loved it!

Girls’ Trip

Beautiful, spacious house with gorgeous views of the beach and a fun pool. We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable! Extra bathrooms and laundry machines were a huge plus for a large group.

Had a wonderful trip. This is a beautiful home with an easy walk to the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and it was so nice to have the double refrigerator/oven/dishwasher for our large group. Only negatives were the location (It is right on A1A so there is street noise at night) and there were no towel bars/hooks in the bathrooms.

Amazing space to gather friends and family

We had an amazing time staying at the property. From the pool, to the ocean, the incredible kitchen, and many spaces for everyone to gather or split off into smaller groups, this is an amazing place to gather friends and family.

We were there for a weekend girls trip. There were 12 of us that fit wonderfully in the house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient and nice. There was ample space for everyone. The pool was a focal point of fun and laughter with a short walk to the beach to enjoy the sand and ocean water. It was a quick drive to historic St. Augustine with groceries stores located near by. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary by renting the house for our three children and six grandchildren. We live three blocks away. The house was perfect-large tables, two dishwashers, two laundry rooms, lots of countertops and the layout worked well. Young and old had a great time in the pool or at the beach. I highly recommend this rental

Christmas Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The weather was absolutely horrible during our stay but the openness and size of this property allowed us ALL to be together and not feel trapped. The kids loved the ping pong table, televisions were easy to get going, restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect family getaway home

It was absolutely perfect. We held my daughters small wedding (40 guests) here. It is in a very convenient location, the pool area is very pretty and it is close to the beach. Plenty of rooms for our immediate family and hotels close bby for the rest of the guests.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

We wanted a house with lots of space and a big kitchen and dining area. This house was perfect! All of our expectations were met for family time away from home. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great Vacation Home

A great place for a group of friends to gather in a location with easy access to the beach and a historic city to visit. The kitchen and gathering spaces were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all generous in size. The elevator enabled our 2 quests with accessibility issues to enjoy the elevated living spaces.

Perfect!

Our family of 13 (8 adults 5 kids) spent 9 nights here on our SAB beach vacation and we loved the easy beach access, spacious pool area, open LR/DR/K - roomy enough for all of us - and lots of windows and sliding glass doors for outside light and 360 views. The location is very convenient to Beach Blvd. Kitchen is adequately equipped for an extended stay. The double fridge/freezer was a huge plus. Two dishwashers and two laundry rooms were very useful amenities. There are TVs everywhere. It’s as if the place was designed for us and a groundswell is building for a return trip next year.

Awesome place and lots of room for family gathering. Wish the weather had been nice to fully enjoy the outdoor space but everything was great. Great place for family gathering and everyone had their own bathroom !!! Would recommend to others for sure, just wish it wasn’t directly on the main highway But all was great!

This house is stunning and clean!

I went with family on a girls trip. We took my mother in law away to see Nights of Lights! The kitchen was a lovely place to gather with plenty of seating for everyone! There are tons of great restaurants that aren’t far away. Everyone got their own room and bathroom. It had lovely linens and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great stay between hurricanes

We had a place on the gulf that was cancelled and found this place on short notice that fit our 7 bedroom requirement. Pool and outdoor furnishings were great, house had beach towels, beach chairs and wagon. Short walk to the beach, great views of the sunrise from the screened in porch, Plenty of frog and counter space. Layout was great for the group we had with everyone having a private bathroom. The elevator was a big help but make sure both doors are latched. We would get it again if we come back to the area. Left before the next storm came.

Summer Beach Get-Away

Beautiful newly built property. The property was super clean. It had everything we needed: a fully stocked kitchen (plates, spots & pans, etc.) with a commercial Keurig, fridge upstairs and downstairs, two dishwashers, laundry washer and dryer on main level and upstairs, bathrooms for every room. We really enjoyed lounging at the pool. A gas grill was also available. Owner provided ample amount of pool towels. The pool area included an island with a sink. The property was 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. However, we drove to the beach. Owners also provided beach chairs. Overall, we thought it was an excellent property for a family gathering.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this home for our extended family get together. Each bedroom has its own bathroom attached. We loved the large dining table and cozy living room. The pool was heated and very clean. The home exceeded our expectations in almost every way. It is very thoughtfully designed. The house is very open in the middle area. We did notice that all noises seemed to echo loudly through the home. It didn’t disrupt our time at all, but it may be an issue to those with hearing difficulties.We also ended up buying a coffee maker since we had a large group who liked coffee. The Keurig was very nice, but a coffee pot is easier for a large group of basic coffee drinkers. It is such a beautiful and clean home!
