La Casa de Luna - 1 Bd/1B condo just off upper Duval

Located in the heart of historic Old Town Key West, just steps away from world-renowned Duval Street, La Casa de Luna is a  ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that is part of a large house with a relaxing veranda. This modern property is within easy walking distance to all your favorite restaurants and bistros.

Open the door to the full kitchen offering a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Your group's chef can keep up the chatter with friends or family sitting in the living room with La Casa de Luna's open floor plan. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so it will accommodate up to four people. The full bath comes supplied with all the amenities you need, including plush towels and wash cloths.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and two nightstands for the late night reader. Walk out onto the porch from the bedroom with a cup of coffee or margarita to enjoy people watching!

Communication with the host/ office was awesome. It was a great location right off duval street. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Property was in a great location and very clean. Unfortunately It was very loud. You could hear people in the units behind, upstairs and anyone walking by so frequently it was pretty disruptive. Not a place you want to stay if you’re looking for quiet but an ideal place for popping over to Duval for coffee, dinner or riding your bike around just a really cool spot. The kitchen is not fully stocked. There’s no spices and there’s very little toilet paper, etc. but other than that it was really lovely. Oh also, the pool is not located on site. It’s pretty far away and it’s not listed in a very clear way before you rent.

Perfect getaway spot

Perfect location. Close to lots of fun on Duval. Walking distance to several must-see attractions. Picture perfect decor. Soft, soothing colors with a tropical vibe. Perfectly comfortable. We slept great in the comfy bed. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

Should not include picture of pool without stating not on premises clearly

Pool not on premises so should have changing room /bathroom and it doesn’t. Every time I need the bathroom it’s 13 minute walk back to rental then 13 minute walk back to pool. Won’t rent again

Key West Find

our week long stay at La Casa de Luna was wonderful. The home was clean though there were some issues with the kitchen cabinet doors. Some knobs missing and hinge broken. Bed was comfortable and a plus to have a washer and dryer available. Cleaners were at the building daily to wash the front porch and keep outside clean. Location was perfect. 10 steps to Upper Duval street. Plenty of places to eat and shop without going to the busier Lower Duval. We hope to be returning!

Exactly as listed

This is a great little place for couples right off Duval only a 5 min walk to the Southern Most Point. It was very clean and the AC is ice cold, we loved sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee. As stated in the listing parking is extremely limited so if you’re lucky enough to snag a spot in front of the DON’T move. It is about 20 min walk to all of the main areas like Mallory square and a lot of the bars/restaurants but we enjoy walking so that wasn’t a big deal for us. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Would have been nice to know that the whole front of the property was blocked off because a roofing crew was working on a house across the street. So during the day it was noisy and all parking was blocked. The actual property was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place

This place is better than in the description!! Right at Duval street, super clean, great neighbors, nice and quiet, short walk to the beach and the southern most point. A little further, but still walkable to Mallory Sq!! I can’t say enough great things about the place!

Little gem of a hideaway

Extremely comfortable. Have stayed 3x at this property and have always been pleased. Tucked away off of Duval, it's easily accessible from anywhere on the island. The place itself is charming and sweet.

Well located a block off of Duval but in a quiet area. Unit was clean and well appointed. Only complaint were the outside porch lights which lit up the bedroom. Blackout shades would be a great addition.

One of the best apartments!

We were pleasantly surprised at how very, very nice, comfortable, and spacious the accommodations were. The neighborhood was perfect, the stay was perfect. The only complaint was the shower as others mentioned, does leak outside but nothing some towels can't take care of and they provide plenty. All in all, an excellent choice.

Relaxing

Beautiful property! Our first time to Key West. Very close to Duvall Steet which we were prepared to visit. Property had plenty of supplies (towels, toilet paper, soap). Only down fall was the shower leaked outside when taking a shower-plenty of towels to soak up. Would definitely recommend to others

Key West Vacation Get Away

Walking distance to most of the attractions in Key West. The weather was beautiful. Our suite could use updated blinds on the doors. We noticed a few were not in very good working order. Overall, we had a great time.

Family Vacation

The property was as listed and in a great location. It was quiet later at night but right off Duval for easy access to all Key West had to offer. The check in and check out was quick and easy. Will recommend.

Perfect little get away

The apartment is in a great location!! The bed was super comfy! Everything was clean. The iron wasn’t working and all I had to do was call the office and someone came right away with a new one. It was a perfect vacation!
