This was our first time at Key West and the place was ok. It’s in a great location but parking is terrible. I feel like for the price, a parking pass should have come with the stay.

We completely understand that finding parking can be frustrating, especially in such a popular area. However, we do clearly advertise that parking is not included with this property, so guests are aware before booking. Unfortunately, none of the units in this complex come with designated parking spaces, so we are unable to provide parking passes. We would also like to point out that you were able to enjoy this prime location at a very affordable nightly rate, which we feel offers great value compared to other accommodations in the area. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite the parking challenges, you were able to enjoy your first visit to beautiful Key West!

Very comfortable, fantastic location and sparkling clean. Quiet at night and we enjoyed the charming private courtyard setting. Host was very responsive with clear instructions for checking in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and amazingly serene and cool outdoor areas while still being only a 20 minute walk from everywhere in Key West. Parking is the only issue but it is manageable and you don't need the car anyway.

It was somewhat dated, but clean and a fantastic location! Loved the garden area and the fact that it was secure with a gate combination and a bungalow combination to get in.

Loved the courtyard - plenty of space to be outside at a table in the shade. Wished it had a full-size pool, but the dipping pool did cool us off when needed. Townhome was a bit dated, but clean and spacious for 2 people. Wished it had better air conditioning. Only had 2 wall units and it had trouble keeping up, even in lower than normal temps for our time of stay. Loved the location - close proximity to pretty much everything. Good price for what you get.

Short week getaway

Quick getaway with the wife. Nice little place. Have a nice sized space downstairs to hang and then large bedroom and bath upstairs. Location was perfect right near the middle of Duvall.

The place has an amazing courtyard and in a very convenient spot. Not the greatest place I’ve stayed in, but it served its purpose and was convenient.
