Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine (per violation), and immediate termination of your stay, without refund.

- Only guests staying at the home may be at the home.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Bring activities indoors starting at 10pm; outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Park cars in the driveway.

**Rules for those staying with a dog:**

We allow one dog per stay (we do not allow any other animals). An additional dog may be permitted with prior approval. Only well-behaved and fully potty-trained dogs are allowed.

- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds.
- Pick up waste.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone.
- Wipe paws when coming inside.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the backyard.

If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed (e.g., waste was not picked up), an additional fee will be charged.
