Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Not very clean. Extremely outdated. No soap in the bathrooms. There were 5 adults staying here and only 3 chairs on the balcony. The location was great. Only steps away to the beach and Flora-Bama.

We’re glad you loved the location—being just steps from the beach and Flora-Bama is one of the best parts of this home. Parking passes were not in the unit. Security stressed hard that we would be towed and it would be 600. We were eventually advised to place a note on our dash with check in/out dates and unit number but Security was able to provide us with pass (note) that would be good until 11:59am the next day since we didn’t have any paper with us. I was assured we would have passes “before lunch” the next day. Passes arrived at 1:40pm. Only one vehicle can park on property. The other MUST park in over flow down the street by the ice cream shop. (Check map) This is not stated as such in the listing. Hall light in unit flickered constantly when turned on. I sent a video and it wasn’t addressed. Patio is much smaller than pictures show and the door from the living room will only stay closed if a bar is slid in place behind it. Dryer door has to be lifted to close. Floor makes a popping sound when walked on. Master shower has mold on inside edges and screws (wiped off with my finger) and the shower head is a shower handle that sprayed badly and was a nightmare to use with a 2 year old and baby. Also all guests are required wear a bracelet the entirety of their stay which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The rest of the facility was very nice and had a nice small bayside fishing dock with cleaning station off the overflow parking.
