Experience the ultimate lakeside getaway at our beautiful home on Indian Lake, Michigan. This spacious three story, four-bedroom retreat is perfect for relaxation and adventure. With stunning lake views, modern amenities, and ample space, your stay promises to be unforgettable. Beach/lake access just steps away. Float and relax in the sandy bottom lake or enjoy the fire pit! All sports lake with sandbar charter, surf lessons and boat docking available. Please inquire. Your paradise awaits you!

Boasting 3200 square feet and three stories, this four bedroom (two king beds, two queen beds and a queen air mattress) home has three full bathrooms (one on each level) and plenty of space for everyone to spread out! 2 separate living room areas.

The entry level first floor has one bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom. Large living area with sectional couch. Rear sliding doors open to a patio with fenced yard. Gas fire pit In the outdoor patio seating area. Washer and dryer.

The second story has bright light and panoramic lake views from the 2 large windows and 4 sliding doors that open to a large deck (half covered and half open) overlooking the picturesque lake. It has two bedrooms with queen beds. Full bathroom and an open floor plan with stocked kitchen, large living area and game room. Ample seating at the large family style dining table. Rear covered deck on this floor off of the kitchen space.

Spiral staircase to the third story master loft offers a king bed where you will wake up to sunrise lake views. A large walk-in shower, closet and a jet tub for ultimate relaxation. Private master balcony on the third story where you can lay in the hammock overlooking the lake or enjoy your morning coffee on the bistro in set.

Amenities include beach/lake access steps from the home, outdoor shower, WiFi for entertainment and remote work. Game room with card, board games, bumper pool andpoker table. 3 decks and a Patio with a gas fire pit. Grill. Parking for 4 vehicles (Garage access is not available).

Home is available for short term rental and part of the home is available as there is no use of the garage or owners closet in the kitchen. All other spaces are available for use.

The place was great for our long weekend getaway. The lake was a short walk away and perfect for our young kids!

Sean’s place was perfect for our family! He was incredibly responsive and accommodating during our stay. The shared beach access was great for our little kids. We’d definitely come back. House was spotless and beds were very comfortable!

Buyer beware. This property is described on it's cover page "Guests love our beautiful lakefront location". This property is NOT lakefront, inspite of the photo showing chairs around a camp fire at the waters edge. You have to leave the property and walk down the block to get to a common beach area where you would share the area with whoever happens to be there. We were so disappointed we left without staying a single night. This is the first time we've ever been misled by a host. From the deck you can view the homes in front of you enjoying their actual lakefront location. We got no satisfaction from the VRBO customer service or the host.

Karen contacted me two days before her stay and said VRBO charged her an extra $800 and she wanted to cancel,she didn’t understand the VRBO fees including cleaning and so she wanted to get her money back which goes against the cancellation policy, so this is her attempt to get her money back. The beach that is 60 steps away from the house is private not community and is shared by two homes and typically no one is at the beach. The house has full unobstructed views from the second and third floor of the 500 acre lake. The lakefront is the beach area that is deeded to the home,this is the lake front that’s why the listing states steps away. She is the only guests out of roughly 100 that didn’t understand this. We tried to work with her, she just didn’t want to pay. I would not recommend renting to her, Very unfortunate.

Great space for larger group

Very spacious house, seemingly newly renovated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds are super comfortable. Great spaces on every level, inside and outside, for hanging out. So relaxing to spend the morning on the balcony overlooking the lake. Be aware that the loft has no doors, including to the bathroom, but it is privately situated in the loft. Overall a great space for a larger group.

Perfect Lake Retreat

We had a group of 10 women and the space was perfect - With 3 floors of bedrooms, bathrooms, and plenty of living and lounging space with a large kitchen and dining room, we had everything we needed! We loved being able to dine out on the deck over the water too. Sean took great care of our group and made the process clear and painless. There were welcome baskets filled with treats and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Although we didn't end up using the fire pit with the high temps, the fireplace setup was perfect. We are already planning to re-book for another trip soon!
