One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 40+ in TV and a sofabed at livingroom.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised; perfect for our needs. The area is great with lots going on just steps from the apartment. I would 100% recommend this property.

This was our first visit to Tokyo, and this apartment was a great space for our family of four - amazing to have separate rooms from kids. Apartment was clean, surprisingly spacious, had every amenity we needed. Very quiet at night. We enjoyed walking around the surrounding neighborhood and found it to be an easy jumping off point to other attractions in the area. This is a little bit questionable neighborhood nearby that we accidentally walked through one night, but once we knew it was easy to avoid.

Great apartment. Perfect for our family. Great space, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location. Close to everything (including 2 train stations). Across the road from a couple of great coffee shops and dessert bars. Fantastic communication with Alex. Totally recommend. Thanks Alex!! Tip: tell taxi driver to find Bam Bi Coffee shop and it's right across from it!!

We a family of 6 stayed in this apartment. The location of the apartment is off the main street so you will need to walk about 5-7 minutes to reach the main street. Mostly locals live here so it was quiet but once in a while we ran into drunken loud mouths during the late night. The apartment has a washer so we had to hand dry. Outside would have been faster to dry but there were bugs on the clothesline so we had to air dry inside which was hard for the lack of space. The apartment was spacious enough for Japan standard but for big people, it was a challenge. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Good location.

Convenient location

This was a good size for our group of 5 people. It has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, enough dishes and things to cook eggs and basic meals, plus house shoes and umbrellas to use. Communication with the host was good and the check in and out process were easy.The location is convenient to the JR and subway station and there are plenty of stores and eating options nearby.We did have a female group member who was targeted and struck on the hand by a drunk person one evening, so traveling in a group late in the evening is recommended. There are instructions for the washing machine, but we did have to Google the translation for the courses and operation. We would stay here again.

In the heart of Koreatown, good food, nightlife and shopping

Initially, it was difficult to find even with the host’s Google directions. The unit was spacious and exctly as it appears in the pictures with more than sufficient space for family of 4-5. Everything worked well with heating/air conditioning in each bedroom. All of the applicances were easy to operate and we used the electric hot water pot and hairdryer the most. The refrigerator was a good size to store juices, fruit and anything that need to be cold like a leftover sandwich. The most impressive was the nice hot shower/tub that featured a very spacious shower room, hot water with plenty of water pressure and the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. Location was a very convenient walk to all major shopping stores and several metro lines. There were ample places to eat, buy groceries and coffee including Starbucks and McDonald’s.

Great stay in Tokyo

Me and my best friend had a great stay in Tokyo. Alex, the host was very helpful from the beginning till the end of our stay. The apartment was just as seen at the photos. Great spot. Walking distance to Shinjuku and very close to 2 metro from where you can go everywhere. Will definitely stay again.
