Cozy 2 Bedrooms located at the center of Shinjuku.
One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 1 double bed. 40+ in TV at livingroom.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

Alex was an excellent host! The apartment was clean, super conveniently placed in Shinjuku and Alex was responsive when we had questions, including restaurant recommendations. There are a couple of groceries stores less than 5 mins away so its easy to grab some items for breakfast. A local friend who lives in Tokyo confirmed this place is a score! No elevator but its lots of walking in Tokyo anyways. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Host was very accommodating and the place was very clean. The apartment is right in Korean Town and very convenient during the day and lively at night.Close to the Yamamoto line with short rides to Shinjuku and Shibuya.We would stay here again.

The location was excellent, easy to find and close to both shopping and eating. It was close to transportation. It had excellent wifi and the TV had streaming options available. The only improvement we would suggest is a dish drying towel and instructions on what can and cannot be recycled. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Place is tidy and clean. Location is great with easy access to train lines and great restaurants. Even the nearby Don Quixote is just a few mins walk away. Our two small children loved it. Looking forward to booking again when we come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay here and Alex was very responsive and helpful. Do not be alarmed if the AC is not on when you arrive, it works quickly once turned on. It also might be helpful to have ear plugs if you come on a weekend since some people may be loud in the streets. My only critique was that it may have been helpful to have a few more towels. Other than that, great place.

Great place in an excellent location. So many great amenities and more than comfortable for our family of 3. As long as you don't mind adding 4 flights of stairs to your daily step count, the balcony was totally worth it. Host was super responsive. Loved our stay and would definitely book again!!

Surrounded by multiple restaurants, convenience stores and different transport stations.Beds were very hard compared to what we were use to but everyone had a bed which was great. Could be loud at night (some very interesting conversations were heard)

2 nights in shinjuku

Great location. Love the outdoor hallway and stairs. Comfy beds. Great linens. The heat pump system worked quickly heat up the bedrooms and was quiet.

Modern and clean apartment

I love the furnishing and it's modern look. The apartment is generally clean and provided all the necessary amenities. However, kitchen utensils/appliances can be more extensive - no cutting board and rice cooker.One major area to improve on will be the heater. The unit can get really cold, was there mid December. The living room/kitchen and toilet was super cold. Location is ok, walkable to subway and JR station and many convenience stores around.

Tokyo trip

We spent four nights in the flat. It looked just as lovely as the photos on the website. However, we were disappointed by the neighborhood—it was very noisy, and we could hear neighbors talking and moving around. The walls are quite thin. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend this flat for more than two people, as it’s quite small, especially the living area.

Perfect apartment for longer stays in Tokyo!

The apartment was nice, clean and with more than enough space for 3 people. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the host is very kind and helpful. Recommended 10/10!

Ejoyed stay and proximity to train station

Overall a good stay. Seems to be a Korea town nearby. Able to access subway. Just know where you walking if you would rather avoid the red light district.
