Alex is an amazing host! Our stay here felt extremely cozy, we had a nice view from the 4th floor, although we had no elevator it was fine since we live in a 5th floor walk up back home. There’s a coffee shop right in the corner and a 7 eleven about 3 minutes walking. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We plan on staying here again in the near future

Convenient location for visiting Tokyo

Small but still confortable for a family of four. The location was easy to get around everything needed for our stay. The beds were extra firm for our likings. All around it was a pleasant stay and the Alex was a great host.

Good location in Shinjuku. Easy to explore the area from here. Close to the train station. Apartment was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. Worked out well for our family of 4. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect flat for a couple or a small family

Convenient and calm location, close to active area of Shinjuku. Market, cafés and bakery closeby. Alex was very kind and helpful with us. I totally recommend this accommodation!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Any time we needed to communicate with our host, his responses were prompt, and we received the resolutions we needed. The mattresses were a far too firm for our liking, but some guests may prefer them. If the mattresses were upgraded, we would certainly stay here again.

Good place to stay!

We enjoyed our time here, My partner and I stayed here for 5 days, very easy location, close to train and many popular shops and attractions. It was on the 4th floor and having to take our luggage up all those stairs was not fun. Otherwise everything was clean and very nice

First night in Tokyo

We were disoriented & used google maps & were not successful … I’m sure it was us but the owner, manager was great & had people come out & locate us! We were total novices & Tokyo after a 16 hour flight is not easy. The place was just as described & perfect for us - 5 adults sisters, brothers in law & a 32 year old niece.

Nice, clean place, close to everything

Overall, the place was great. As it was newly remodeled, it was clean and comfortable. Our only issues were that there wasn't any real space for indoor clothes hanging (there is a nice outside rack) and the bedroom windows were too thin, allowing voices from the alley to be heard. People are loudly paying by throughout the night. That being said, it was worth that minor inconvenience for the great location.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Alex's property. He was very accommodating and provided quick responses to any questions or concerns. The location is in prime real estate, with short walking distances to subways and buses for easy transportation. Alex has provided photos of how to use the facilities on site, would be beneficial to have more information on the washing machine. But Google translate came in clutch for that. If you are sensitive to noise, be aware it is a busy location for tourists to visit, you may hear some loud conversations or celebrations on the street, but nothing that was too uncontrolled as they were just passbyers. The terrace is definitely a highlight, not an amazing view, but a great place to unwind at night or early in the morning. Take note, there isn't an elevator on site, so if you are traveling heavy, you will be lugging suitcases up and down stairs. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Japan (Shinjuku) area.

We had a great stay here while visiting Japan! The space was exactly as advertised. We were three adults and fit in the space perfectly. We knew we just needed a place to lay our heads down at night because we had jam packed days so to be honest we spent minimal time in the room. We did like the convenience of the laundry machine and fridge/freezer. It was in a quiet location but just a quick walk away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuki. It was also also very convenient to a train station so we were able to get all over Tokyo with ease. If you're looking for a place to lay your head down, no frills but clean and safe with all you need, this is the place.

Wundervolle Aussicht

Wir hatten 9 tolle Tage in Tokyo. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage. Sämtliche U-Bahn-Linien waren, sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gab viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick über Tokyo vom Balkon.Unser Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Auf jeden Fall gibt es einen Daumen nach oben für diese Unterkunft.
