Perfectly Situated

The property perfectly situated in Shinjuku - very close to Shin Okubu - but also close enough for a short walk to Shinjuku station - and from there; everywhere! There was a laundry just around the corner, and a “tattoo friendly” onsen minutes away. We love our stay here

Lovely Apartment in Shinjuku City

Alex was very accommodating and always quick to reply. The Apartment is in a central location close to the train and many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone I knew visiting Shinjuku!

Great spot for a stay in Shinjuku!

This property was great! 8 minutes from the Shin-Okubo station which took us to where we needed to go. Easy walk to all the cool things in Shinjuku. The rooms are spacey enough for four of us. We enjoyed the vibe. Simple and comfortable!

Great spot in Shinjuku

Spacious apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 and possibly up to 6. Great location, friendly host, and easy check in process. About a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, with plenty of things to do in a very close vicinity. Would stay again.

Fantastic base for exploring Tokyo

We stayed here with our two young adult sons and it was perfect. The home had plenty of space for us, and was clean and confortable. The location was also perfect, in a quiet spot but only a couple blocks from the bustling Shinjuku neighborhoods. Also very close to a couple main metro lines so getting around town was quite easy. We will seek this spot again next time we are in Tokyo!

My nephew and I stayed here and enjoyed the privacy of the 2 bedrooms. There is no common area except the kitchen/dining area, but since we were out and about all day, all we needed was a place to sleep and have breakfast! Very good value

Great location and space.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although near busy Shinjuku Okubo it is set back in the side streets so lovely and quiet. Very comfy beds and nice linen etc. easy walk to stations and many restaurants etc to choose from right out your door. It had all the amenities we needed including washing machine. Host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Great for family

This apartment suit our family well. The rooms are good size and the kitchen and common area are small which we don't care about anyway. The owner is also very responsive.

Best Location

Alex is very good host, always responded our enquiries in a second. I stayed with my family in this apartment for 8 days. The location is in the center of shin okubo and only take 8 minutes to shin okubo station and a lot of spots for restaurants.

It's in a great area and a good place to sleep. We were out most days, so we basically used at night. It was nice to have a freezer and microwave. There was no extra toilet paper or towels. We didn't reach out to property manager, just bought ourselves. Even with that, it was a great place to stay.

Plenty of space

Plenty of room for 2 teenagers and 2 adults with suitcases. Kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Easy walk to numerous stations. In the Korean precinct lots of food options, markets and 7 eleven stores nearby. Great host who replied quickly.

Wonderful apartment

We were very pleased with this Shinjuku apartment. It was located right next door to a great little coffee shop, and it was in easy walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. It was great having a washing machine (with detergent), kitchen, and two separate bedrooms, and we loved already having shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the shower. The host was quick with communication and very helpful in providing everything we needed.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! Mold in the bathroom!!

There is only one bathroom in this property, and there is extensive black mold in the bathroom. It is all over all 3 walls in the bathroom. It is definitely a health hazard, and absolutely unacceptable that they haven’t fixed this. Please please do not book this property if you care about your health.

Nice place only 10 min walk from Godzilla head

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here. The place itself is as advertised with a decent amount of space for Tokyo. The only thing wrong was the small bedroom TV did not seem to work (Not that we were there long enough to watch TV). The flat was clean when we arrived and everything seemed to be there. This place is only a 10 minute walk from the Godzilla head in Shinjuku, as well as other, let's say, more "colorful" sections of Shinjuku. A train station was also roughly 5-7 minute walk away. This is a residential area in Koreatown, although a major street is only two blocks away. For some reason, our taxi drivers had a difficult time finding this place. The building this flat is located in is, in all honesty, not the nicest looking place, and it can be a little noisy in the early evening. Still, this is a good place to stay if you want to experience a more "local" view of Tokyo instead of staying in a hotel off a busy street.

Absolutely Perfect Spot

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us and everything we were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your Tokyo trip 1. Location - the location of the apartment couldn't be any better. It's situated a few blocks from a main street in Shinjuku (best neighborhood/burrough/city to stay in Tokyo, in my opinion); close enough to the busy, happening parts of Shinjuku, but far enough so that it's quiet at night. Wonderful coffee shop right downstairs. Train station is about a 10 minute walk and so many great places to eat at all hours of the day within a 5 minute walk. Great, quiet neighborhood that we all felt aboslutely safe in. 2. The Apartment - totally clean, beds were super comfortalble, had everything we needed: great wifi, washer, water pressure was excellent. The apartment even had a nice kitchen/dining area for all of us to hang out, chat, and eat. This is not a complaint, but I'm a little taller, so I had to just be midnful walking through some of the doorways such as the bathroom and shower area. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you'll have everything you need to get clean. 3. The Host - even though everything was already set up for us by the time we arrived, Alex, our host, was still very communicative and answered the few questions I had regarding check in. He was quick to respond, so I felt at ease with everything. 4. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend choosing this apartment if you are spending time in Tokyo. You won't regret it.

Perfect Location
