Close to Fishtown's lively dining, cafes, and nightlife. Ideal for travelers, small groups, and business professionals seeking a memorable stay in a prime location.
This three level apartment unit begins on 2nd floor of a traditional walk-up building and boasts a mix of modern design and comfy elements. The rental is comprised of 2Bedrooms / 2.5Bathrooms and is capable of sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably (3 Queen and 1 full size pull out Sofa bed). We also offer 1 complimentary parking spot in a parking lot located a block away from our property.
Conveniently located, this haven is a short stroll away from the vibrant Fishtown strip and the captivating Northern Liberties neighborhoods. Whether you fancy showcasing your culinary skills in our fully equipped kitchen or exploring the array of remarkable cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues just outside our doorstep, your options are boundless. With an amazing Roofdeck with seating on the 4th floor, perfecto to enjoy an amazing view with your loved ones.*Note: given our immediate location relative to public transit and "The El" subway line, there is potential for noise at certain times of day/night - past guests do not seem to mind per our review history.

*Condo begins on Second floor of a traditional walk-up building:
- 2nd Floor: Bedroom 1: 1x queen bed + full bath, Bedroom 2: 2x queen beds + 1 full bath
- 3rd Floor: Kitchen, living room (1x Full pull out sofa), dining room, half bathroom.
-4th Floor: Roof deck with skyline views and outdoor seating
NOTE: The apartment is right next to the entrance to "The El" subway line which makes this an ideal location for public transit (*though you can certainly hear the train at certain times of day from inside the apartment). Exceptional location relative to all local attraction philly has to offer, as the Fishtown strip has some of the best restaurants in the city:
- 2 blocks to either Northern Liberties OR the Fishtown strip
- ~7 minutes to Historic Sites
- ~7 minutes to Convention Center
- ~10 minutes to Rittenhouse Square and Center City
- ~12 minutes to Art Museum, Rocky Steps, Ben Franklin Parkway

The property is also a condo and like many other condo's in Philly, there will be stairs! You are required to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms and another 2 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen and living room area. We do not have an elevator!
Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before Vrbo taxes and fees.
If you, your group, or reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation.
