It features a welcoming private backyard for outdoor dining and relaxation, a family-friendly community pool, dedicated home office with high-speed WiFi, and a peaceful suburban neighborhood. Perfectly situated between Denver (25 mins), Boulder (25 mins), and the mountains (45 mins), it is an ideal base camp for those seeking both urban and outdoor adventures.

- Please note that the home office is in the third bedroom. Due to space constraints, the Murphy bed needs to be stowed prior to using the workstation.

- A travel crib, booster seat, and gates for the stairs make traveling with young ones easier.
