Loved everything from the parking, garage, game room, to the lovely sunroom to have a coffee and do some reading during a couple summer storms. Easy access to Lewes & Rehoboth beaches as well shopping outlets and bike trails through Cape Henlopen. Extra bonus points for being so close to a Grottos pizza place which happens to be one of our top fave pizzas. Check in/out was super easy! Thank you for everything…we’d love to stay again sometime!

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Has all the basics you need for a stay. Is lacking in some of the more enjoyable rental things such as tvs in bedrooms, places to hang/ store clothing. Very much could use an upgraded internet especially as the TVs run off streaming.

A lovey quiet retreat from the bustling crowds!
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out. You can enjoy games in the basement or chill in the sunroom. It was a plus having a garage to store our bikes too. Thanks for a great week!

Lewes Beach Gem
This home is conveniently located off of the coastal highway, allowing easy access to beaches, shopping, wineries, breweries, etc. The house can accommodate large families or just a few couples traveling together. It is pet friendly, but lacked a fenced in yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, being located just outside of all the craziness that you find in Rehoboth and Bethany. The house itself has a nice, open floor plan, however, could use some upgrades. The kitchen appliances are dated, WiFi was slow and the beds were pretty hard. All things considered, we had a good stay.

Our stay was terrible at this location, the basement smelled like pee and was infested with crickets spiders and centipedes. Then the neighbors dog broke out of their backyard fence and ran into our backyard and bit my service dogs ear. Dangerous situation that could’ve been worse.There was dirt all along the front porch that made the house look shabby. The screen door was broken. Fridge did not have working water or ice. So many spider webs in the basement as well. Do not worry we will not be staying here in the future. I wondered why this place was so cheap now I get it. Horrible horrible stay.

Great house/community-but house is lacking a few key essentials
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious & close to the beaches. House has a great layout for all to have privacy but yet enjoy together. A few items we highly recommend-use shorter door codes. Management was very responsive via text, but we could never remember the extremely long code to get in. (Alot of rentals will use the renters phone number etc). Stock the kitchen with a full set of pots & pans. There was No cookware to make pasta for a family of 4, as an example. Only 1 smallish baking sheet. I had to go to Walmart to buy. I had trouble cooking for a family of 4, so a larger group would definitely. Upgrade or fix the WiFi. The tv in sunroom we could only get to work very little. Also, Maybe simplify the tvs to be more user friendly, as each tv had many remotes. Those 3items we found to be pretty important. An upgrade, that is maybe opinion based, is a new mattress in master bdrm. Altho bdrm was great, the mattress was extremely hard, we almost switched to a smalller room bc rest of the beds were way more comfortable. Lastly, we were not a fan of the cameras (1 in garage/1 at front door) for privacy purposes. We have ring ourselves and so we get the purpose of having; however, the home gave no way of us actually viewing the cameras ourselves and so it was odd wondering who is watching the cameras then. We didn’t understand how that gives us a ‘peace of mind’. Again, all and all the house was great, Neighbors friendly, Tons of room! Thank you!!
