Isabella 3 est une belle et spacieuse propriété pour vos vacances en famille, proche de la promenade, de l'océan et des attractions? L'Isabella 3 est un grand (2400 pieds carrés) décorateur maison de ville meublée dans un emplacement en centre-ville incroyable, 1ère rue. La propriété dispose également d'une laveuse et sécheuse et WIFI pour votre commodité. Cette propriété dispose d'un repaire rez de chaussée, parfait pour regarder la télévision, jouer à des jeux ou se prélasser, et un garage privé. Le deuxième niveau dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine et salle de bain 1/2. Le niveau suivant dispose de 2 chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain privée complète et un balcon. Le niveau supérieur est la chambre des maîtres avec une belle salle de bain principale. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et balcon. Les tailles de lit comprennent un roi, une reine, 2 lits simples et 2 canapés-lits queen. Les clients doivent fournir des draps, des serviettes, du papier et du savon. Les balcons sont à chaque niveau avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, la baie et le centre-ville. Promenade facile à la plage et à la promenade. Beaucoup de luxe et d'espace pour une grande famille. Cette propriété loue du samedi au samedi en saison et 2 nuits hors saison. Nos propriétaires ne permettent pas la location de groupe aux clients de moins de 25 ans. Great property, perfect location. Loved that each room had its own balcony and bathroom and the pull out couch options were nice. Didnt love having to drive all the way down the strip for check in when the door is a code key but thats my only complaint. Home itself is perfect.

Perfect location!

This property is exactly as described and a quick walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. There were six of us staying for the weekend and we had plenty of space. It was great to have garage parking for two cars, also. We would definitely rent this townhome again!

We had a great time in Ocean City. Since we were traveling with teen boys, young adults and elderly parents, being so close to the beach and boardwalk was incredibly convenient and ideal. The layout of the property provided privacy and the balcony’s on each level was an added bonus. Outside of the dishwasher requiring maintenance and staining on some of the bedding the property was in great shape. We have been to Ocean City many times and this was our favorite location by far. Everything was walkable and there is so much to do nearby. We are grateful to have stayed in this property.

This unit was the perfect fit for our weekend at Country Calling. The set up was great for our group. The unit was clean, minus some missed items that wouldn't be cleaned regularly, but are in desperate need now. The kitchen could use some new and/or additional cookware, but we were able to cook what we needed. The dishwasher did not work, and there was not a sink stopper or functional dish drainer. Hopefully this issue will be addressed. Having a garage was nice. It was definitely a tight squeeze, but to be expected in the city setting. The garage floor was very slick because it was covered with sand. Kind of hard to not have sand everywhere at the beach, but it would be helpful if cleaning swept it or blew it out between guests. I would stay there again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the activities at the inlet.

Beautiful house in a wouderful location but in dire need of refurnishing.

This house is gorgeous! It looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is though, in need of refurnishing. You sink into the couch, especially the middle seating, making it uncomfortable and difficult to get back up. Some of the beds and the sofas could use new mattresses. New blinds for windows and doors. Needs new outdoor seating. I was told there would be a garage door opener, but upon arrival I was told that it was never replaced. Would recommend some safety rails in the showers/bathrooms, especially for elderly. And the whole place can use a good, deep cleaning. The location is very convenient to the beach and boardwalk, bus stops and main highways. The check-in and check-out times listed on this website are incorrect. We weren't able to check in early because the cleaning crew hadn't finished and were still in the house when we were finally able to check in. Overall, I loved this house and it was a perfect place to bring the whole family! I would definitely want to stay here again! But with that being said, still, it is in dire need of refurnishing and should get a good and timely deep cleaning between guests.

Hi Ashley Thank you for taking the time to review our rental property at the Isabella. We will certainly forward your comments to the owner. I do not think we have heard from anyone else that stayed there any issues with the furniture, but it will be checked. We will also look into the cleaning issues. Our check in time as stated on your lodging agreement is 3 pm. Because of the amount of units that need to be cleaned, sometimes on the very busy weeks, the cleaners are not quite done by them, but they certainly strive to be. We hope to see you again on your next trip to OC, MD

Accurate listing

This property was the location for my wife’s 40th birthday. Perfect for a girls weekend. Close to the beach with tons of activities. There were any traps under the main sofa, and the property could have been cleaner for the ‘cleaning fee’. The main bathroom had snot buggers on the back of the door, and a hand print on the wall behind the main toilet- from every man that had to hold himself up by leaning on the wall. Over all nice place, just need a better cleaning crew.

Great location, nice stay

A nice home base in Ocean City. The street itself is a cut through to the boardwalk so was a little busy, but otherwise, the location was amazing - we walked to everything imaginable. The listing is accurate. The dryer didn't work, which the property management helped rectify, and the vertical blinds aren't really operational. But otherwise a nice stay.

Great Property

The townhouse looked exactly like the pictures provided. The description was spot on so not sure what more I can add. The townhouse was very close to the boardwalk and right off of the bridge which made it easy to get in and out of Ocean City. The only con about the place was the owner (not leasing agent) showed up one morning. He didn't come inside but happened to be walking around as we were leaving the townhouse and throwing away trash. He wasn't the nicest man to say the least and though he didn't have a say on what we were doing, he just made the situation uneasy. I hope that he regrets some of the things as we left the place absolutely clean.
