The full chef’s kitchen features ample prep space, stainless steel appliances, and a wide array of cookware. Gather around the expansive dining table—seating 10 plus island stools—to enjoy memorable meals together.

Sea Bound comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with multiple sleeping options to suit families and groups. The spacious layout includes:

A Perfect Christmas Getaway!Our family spent three days here over the Christmas holiday, and it was truly the highlight of our season. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the perfect spot. The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the home was. It is incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling cramped. The layout was thoughtful, and the festive atmosphere made our Christmas stay feel extra special. The outdoor area was a total hit! Even though it was December, the heated pool was perfectly warm, and the kids spent hours swimming. Having the hot tub available was a luxury for the adults to unwind in the evenings. We were also pleasantly surprised to find:‱ Kids' pool toys: These kept the little ones entertained the entire time.‱ Bicycles: A wonderful touch that allowed us to explore the local area and get some fresh air.What really set this stay apart was our phenomenal host. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She checked in on us throughout the entire trip, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were settling in well. Her hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like welcomed guests rather than just renters. This home has everything you will need to have a great vacation! The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook. The big kitchen table was a plus for my whole family to be able to sit down and eat all together at one time. It also had baby highchair, pack and play, etc so we didn’t have to pack and bring ours. Which saved us on traveling space. The home has so much space and room for everyone. The best part is after a long day to be able to relax in the hot tub or go for dip in the swimming pool. The landscape and outdoor lights are beautiful. I loved the fact that if you had any problems, once I reached out to the host Melissa, she responded immediately and took care of anything that needed handled. I will definitely book this home again on our next family vacation!

Guys golf trip

Fantastic property, Melissa the propertymanager was excellent with her communication and made our trip seamless. Property is beautiful with all of the amenities we required. We would book this property again in a heartbeat. Home, pool, hot tub and firepit was the perfect place to hang out.

Fantastic like-new home in the middle of a great area

We came to golf, fish and eat great seafood. This place was immaculate and located around several golf courses and restaurants too numerous to list. Sea Bound is the nicest house in its neighborhood and the Manager was super friendly and great to work with. Will definitely stay here again.
