The home was very clean and had plenty of room. Although we weren't there much, it was perfect for what we needed. We all had to leave very early and didn't return until later in the evening, so we loved that it has 3 full bathrooms. Everyone could get showered and get to where they needed to be. The owner answered quickly with our questions quickly and was very pleasant to rent from. Definitely would stay again.

If there were kitchen towels of any sort, we could not find them. Kitchen is sparsely furnished.Could not get on the WI-FI.The traffic noise from the bedrooms made it hard to sleep, traffic all night long, sirens, etc.

Well located to attend functions at the Convention Center. We had a most enjoyable stay. Everything was clean, neat, and well provisioned. It was nice to park in the well enclosed lot.

Perfect location for all things KC.

4 of us stayed here for the Big12 Mens Basketball tournament. Great location, Pwer and Light and Westport were 5-15 depending on time. Responses from the owners were quick, they let us in early due to a possible storm hitting right at check in. House is a little more spacious than photos show, large yard. Better than expected, perfect for what we needed.

Perfect for what we needed

A group of my friends and I went to Kansas City for the NWSL Championship game and needed a place that could host our group. The place is spacious, clean, beautiful, and perfect for what we needed. Nobody was on top of each other and there was so much space for everyone to hang out. I'm not sure about the neighborhood, but the location was just fine as we were about an 8 to 10 minute Uber into downtown. The communication was great with the hosts. Always available and always responded. Everything you could need is here and we had a great stay !!

Nice remodeled house

The house was comfortable and warm. The beds were very comfortable and it was good to have a bathroom on the first floor. Then neighborhood was a bit run down with buildings and houses that were boarded up. There were also lots of sirens throughout the day. The house has security cameras and a privacy fence around it, so we felt safe. There was a nice kitchen setup with lots of pans and cooking utensils. Be prepared to bring the basics like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Also, there were limited coffee cups (only 4 for 5 people). The host was very responsive to questions and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully remodeled

The house was awesome! Busy street with some sirens at night. Neighborhood is a little concerning but had no issues. Kitchen and bathrooms needed hand towels. Kitchen needed bigger skillets and bigger coffee pot. Maybe some curtains in front bedroom to help keep out street lights at night. All small things. Would recommend.

Preseason game trip

The property was nice. It was freshly renovated. Just as the previous review stated there could be more Towels. It would also be nice to have a few things like coffee, maybe change out to a single serve coffee maker and have a few pods to start as well as some sugarand coffee cups. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great for larger groups close to downtown

We stayed here because we wanted something close to downtown and Oceans and Worlds of Fun. The property was renovated nicely. We liked that there were 3 bathrooms with showers that made getting ready to go out quick. The rooms were spacious. The master bathroom sink area was very small. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon. Like a chair in the master bedroom for putting shoes on or just sitting down since the bed was so high, more towls, coffee for the coffee maker as well as sugar. You can tell neighborhood is a little blighted, but the house itself is great. We had bo issues. We liked the Good Vibes sign in the living room. It made for some good photo opportunities. All in all a great place, we would stay here again if visiting Kansas City with a larger group.
