Le Hollywood Hill Guest House de Woodinville est situé sur un domaine de cinq acres avec des pùturages de chaque cÎté. Le bungalow de 1400 pieds carrés, construit pour la premiÚre fois en 1933, a subi une vaste restauration et une nouvelle conception intérieure. Il est facile de se détendre dans le bungalow joliment aménagé.

La maison d'hÎtes dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen; une belle salle de bain Jack & Jill avec une douche surdimensionnée, une baignoire et deux lavabos; un grand salon et salle à manger naturellement éclairé; une salle d'eau à cÎté du salon; une cuisine gastronomique; salle de petit déjeuner; et, buanderie. Chaque chambre a une vue pastorale. Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision par cùble.

La grande cuisine gastronomique entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprend un poĂȘle Ă  six brĂ»leurs Viking avec four Ă  convection, un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă  portes françaises et un lave-vaisselle Bosch.

Produits de bain gratuits, cafetiÚre Keurig, assortiment de dosettes de café, savon pour lave-vaisselle et détergent à lessive sont fournis.

Woodinville's Wine Country n'est qu'Ă  quelques minutes de votre bungalow. Explorez les vignobles primĂ©s, les restaurants trĂšs rĂ©putĂ©s et le spa local. This was our fourth stay at the Hollywood Hill Guest House. For us, it's the perfect jumping-off point for visiting our extended family in nearby Kirkland. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. All boxes checked.

The owners are very nice. The place was quality and very clean. I will definitely stay there again when I visit. The surrounding area (Wine country) was beautiful. It is within 20/30 min. to a good majority of things.

Incredible gem in Woodinville

This property is perfect for a couples get away in Woodinville. Close to the wineries. Beautiful quiet street. Even have a beautiful white horse living across the street that wants to come say hi. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time I come to town!

Spring Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at Eugene’s property and it was as fabulous as before. Great location and easy access to the beyond. Excellent communication and assistance from Eugene. Great little house for cooking/BBQ, but bring basic spices!! Coffee to get you started, at the tip of your fingers.Don’t forget to say “hi” to Andy the horse across the road!

Amazing Location and Wonderful Hosts!

We booked this cottage for attending a wedding in Woodinville and it couldn’t have been better. We were tucked away on the hill in a very serene setting, but only a five minute drive to the wedding venue. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and even gave us a jumpstart when our battery died the day we left. The house was comfortable, well appointed clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful pastoral property, comfortable clean cabin, & close to wine tasting!

This was our second stay here, but our first time coming during blooming season. I love that Hollywood Hills Guest House has many windows that look out over the acres of lush and green, well cared for lawn. We had plenty of room for two couples. And though my husband and I have a king size bed at home, we slept so well in the queen because it’s such a good quality. If you love to cook on vacation, the kitchen is fantastic, with its six burner gas stove and great pots and pans. Even the knives were sharp. The house has a very nice outside deck, recently built off the kitchen for sitting outside. We were here for the wineries and this guest house is close to so many of them. What’s really great is that the house is also out of the way of the new busy construction going on in town. My very favorite wineries for tasting were Mark Ryan (where you can sit outside, with heaters, if it gets too cool); Sparkman, Five Stars and DeLille. And after a day of wine tasting it was nice to come home and watch some Netflix, which they have on TV. If you have a special celebration I highly recommend eating at Russell’s. One of my favorite meals i have had in years. Also great service. (It is pricey, but so worth every penny!) We didn’t meet owners, Eugene and Zita, but they very responsive and nice when I emailed them. (Maybe next time!)

Our third stay here, and our fourth stay is booked.

We visit family in Kirkland frequently, and the Hollywood Hill Guest House is the ideal base camp for us. It's (1) convenient, (2) quiet, (3) comfortable, (4) clean, and (5) close to many excellent restaurants. And, finally, Eugene and Zita are excellent hosts. We'll be back.

Woodinville getaway

This was our second stay at the Hollywood cottage. We love it because it's a great jumping-off point for visiting in the area. (We have family in Kirkland, about nine minutes away.) The cottage is located in a quiet, wooded area surrounded by country houses and pastures. It has a full kitchen with a six-burner stove which, perhaps, was overkill when we needed to pop some popcorn. But it got the job done.

Amazing place to stay while wine tasting in Woodinville!

We loved everything about this VRBO! Everything was so nice, clean, and even better than the listing pictures! Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were a surprise plus - coffee/tea/creamer, travel toothbrush etc.... Owners were friendly and responsive! The guest house was very close to all the wineries we visited!

Anniversary Weekend

So glad to have found this wonderful home. Had everything we needed for our fun filled weekend. Very comfortable. Seen horses, a rabbit and a squirrel. We started w/a Mariner game & a Win! Had a Great dinner. Then on Sunday evening, the show at the winery was Awesome! We hope to make it back. Zita & Eugene are great hosts. Made our stay extra special. Helped us with a place for our anniversary dinner too. It was such a lovely place, something Frog. Thank you for the use of your guest home. Had a fabulous time!

Your own little country estate

We stayed at the Hollywood Hill Guest House while visiting family in nearby Kirkland. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet, lush part of Woodinville. The vibe is exactly as depicted in the photographs, with rolling pastures all around. The house, itself, was well-equipped, amply sized and comfortable. And the WiFi was good (~135 mps down, 13 mps up). Getting around is easy. The house is three miles from downtown Woodinville with its restaurants, wineries and stores. It was a nine-minute drive (4 miles) to Totem Lake. We'll be returning, I'm sure.

Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this great location! Close to the wineries and restaurants, yet in a great rural setting with a sweet horse right across the street. Close enough for a day trip to mt Rainier National Park. Excellent accommodations inside. Roomy and very comfortable! Owner right next door đŸšȘ to answer any questions. Highly recommend

Home Away From Home

We were absolutely thrilled when we saw this property with it’s adorable little house! We had all the comforts one could want and need, and the icing on the cake was the personal attention we received from Eugene, ANYTIME of the day.! It was seamless and wonderful!

We are both second generation filmmakers. We work and travel all over the world but choose to live in Woodinville. Originally from Hollywood, California, we have lived on the Hollywood Hill of Woodinville since 1981 and wouldn't live anywhere else.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

In 2008 we bought the horse property next door to our home. Over the next three years we did a major restoration/renovation of the bungalow on the property; the bungalow may as well be new. We applied our attention to every detail of our charming rental. This is not our second home, this is your escape to a little piece of our paradise.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Get up in the morning and walk the neighborhood, or take a walk on the Burke Gilman trail. Have coffee on the back deck or with the locals at the bottom of the hill. During the day or night, drive down the hill and find great wineries to visit and wonderful bistros to dine in. Order your meals to go and bring them back to the comfort of your home. Or, stock up at one of the local markets and enjoy staying home, cooking and relaxing. There is no other property like this on the 'Hill'.
