Emplacement parfait! Moins de 100 pieds pour une belle plage.

N'attends pas,
Charmant trois chambres, deux salles de bain. DeuxiÚme rangée de l'océan. Aucune rue à traverser et une promenade trÚs courte vous met sur la plage en quelques instants. Nous sommes vraiment Oceanside avec moins de 100 pieds de la plage. Les draps ne sont pas fournis mais des agences de location sont disponibles dans les environs si vous choisissez de louer.

Nid de corneilles et grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e avec des zones avec des tables de pique-nique. Douche extĂ©rieure. Parking pour plusieurs vĂ©hicules sous la maison. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec bar. TĂ©lĂ©vision avec cĂąble et lecteur DVD. Maison est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et prĂȘte pour ces grandes vacances en famille.

Attention golfeurs - Terrains de golf spectaculaires Ă  moins de 15 min. conduire.

Location de chalets du samedi au samedi en été.

Great place with a wonderful 360 view of ocean! It was the best until hurricane Debby decided to run us off. Will stay again. Carol, owner, was wonderful and understanding about our early departure

Great location and comfortable home

Wife and I were able to book this at the last minute. Communication with the owner was satisfactory. House was immaculate and you can't beat the location... just a short walk to the ocean!

Location is Everything!!

We had the best time at this property! The location truly cannot be beat. The house was everything we needed. Carol was easy to reach if needed, and check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

OIB June Stay

Great time at the Jones property at OIB! House in a perfect beach side location. Water pressure was good, AC unit did a good job, beds slept well. Overall great experience and enjoyed our time.

A Cozy Beach Get Away!

I was a last minute booker, but Mrs. Jones got me booked in her beach house quick with no worries. It is dated, but very well kept. She was such a pleasure to talk with. Very attentive and ALWAYS responded back to you. This is a little treasure. The outdoor shower was a favorite. The location was fabulous and overall what this family needed as their first beach trip since the pandemic in 2020. We will be back and send all our thanks to Mrs. Jones!

Perfect week

We rented this house for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. The beach access was feet away. Fishing was great!

Great Stay for Family at a Perfect Beach Location

My family of 5 just returned from vacationing at this great OIB cottage! It was easy to find, not too far of a drive from the grocery stores and surf shops, and most importantly, located at the best spot on the island. The house was not too big, yet roomy enough to provide everyone with comfortable space. My only hang-up was that when we arrived, there were a few broken items that seemed to have been left by the previous travelers. Just a few, (like a broken fridge shelf), a window blind wand, a lamp toggle, and a drapery rod. Also, there were a few framed pictures that appeared to come off their hangers. I suppose that's what happens when your stay is toward the end of Summer. Overall, it was a wonderful place. Had an awesome outdoor shower for washing off from a long day at the beach, a large built-in dining peninsula, and great outdoor decking that allows for amazing views of the water! Thank you so much to the cottage owners for sharing this great place!!! We would love to book it again!!!

Almost perfect

I am a grandmother of 3 ranging in age of 13 to 2. I love the space we had, the access to the beach was right there. The only problem I had was the stairs, but only because I have arthritis in my knees. Beautiful place with a home feel to it. Thank you

Great Location. And accommodates a family of 4 and kid's friends well.

Great Location. And well equipped. But some updates need to be done. For sure need to add an electrical outlet in the shared bathroom, other is too small to crowd into to share. Also something really got everyone with stuffy noses?. Overall it was the location that was the best.

Perfect vacation

We had an awesome time. The owner was easily accessible when we had a slight internet problem (working perfectly now). This house feels more like home than staying in someone’s house. I hope to come back here again.

Perfect Location

This house has alot of room for family and just a short walk to a pretty secluded beach at the end of the island. Perfect for a getaway while social distancing.

Great location

Rental was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The owner checked in with us before our trip to see if we had questions. House is on the quiet end of the island with plenty of room on the beach to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this year and can’t wait to come back.
