The condominium complex - A Place At the Beach 2 is oceanfront and this unit is a side unit with a balcony facing east with water views. It offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, washer and dryer in unit, and a private balcony off of the living room. This unit has 1-5 beach chairs for guest use (cannot replace if they break). There are both types of coffee makers; carafe and Keurig. Kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, cookware and glassware. The unit also is equipped with a mixer, waffle maker, smoothie maker, and blender.

A Place at the beach Phase II has an oceanfront pool and a walkway to the beach.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of Single Bunk Beds. There is a full bathroom off the hallway.
