This beach cottage was adorable! It’s close to the beach and was very well stocked and decorated. I love the outdoor patio space as it was a perfect place to read and relax in the evenings and in the morning. I highly recommend staying here and I will be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful property, clean, organized, and had everything I needed! Easy walk to the beach and great access to all that Surfside offers.

The house was perfect. There is a beautiful new interior, very comfortable furniture, everything you might need in the kitchen, and a beautiful view of the water from the deck and the master bedroom. Grace was so fantastic with immediate communication, and extra thoughtful touches, like food and decorations for my birthday. My boyfriend said he would give 6 stars if available and an 11 out of ten, and said that he could come back here again, which is very high praise indeed.

My family—my husband, our two kids, and I—truly loved our stay. It gave us the perfect chance to unplug from our tech‑filled routines and just enjoy being together. We spent hours playing the board and card games provided, which made the time even more special. The house was exactly as pictured online—clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It did not disappoint, and we’re already hoping to return soon.

Unbelievable place!!! Loved it!!

We have stayed in Surfside several times, but this was by far our favorite location. The house was stocked with everything we could ever need and the owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any request. I would definitely stay here again and probably will next year this is a great home For a small family of four. Located just a couple blocks off the beach entrance and a great view from the second row. Thanks again. We had a great time.

Ten out of ten host and property

Excellent exceptional stunning relaxing gorgeous property! These hosts went the extra mile after I told them the stay was for an anniversary and left us a beautiful welcome tray with a bottle of bubbles! It was a beautiful space and the beach location was perfect. I felt so lucky to be there guests! Will book again!

This is a stunner. Perfectly located and immaculatelyClean. The beach view is breathtaking and the sound of the waves is calming. We relaxed on the spacious upper deck on the captains chairs, loungers and then moved under the house to the two hammocks in the afternoon to read. It was very quiet in this area. Took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The water was clear and clean. We walked to the jetty every morning and enjoyed the sunset and even got a rainbow on our last morning. (I think Grace likely put in a request for that lol). The hosts could write a book about hosting. The communication was top notch. We arrived to find Grace and jimmy had decorated for our 30 year anniversary with bottle of sparking water, cupcakes balloons, extra decor and gorgeous glassware! It looks professionally decorated and everything is curated perfectly. The kitchen has condiments and spices and more. We had a stocked bathroom, extra linens in the bedrooms, beach towels, chairs, and beach toys. The bathroom boasts a spacious walk in shower and plenty of space for two at the sink! The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Each room had a ceiling fan, full length mirror, extra seating and bedside lights. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable. IOur hosts gave us phenomenal recommendations on eateries, activities, and places to check out. We are already planning our next trip to stay in concha cottage again. We highly, HIGHLY recommend this property.

This adorable home was so comfortable and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything, making the stay as easy as it was relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at this adorable property and we are already planning a trip back next month! Cannot say enough good things about the home or the rental experience.

This is the cutest house with 2 good sized bedrooms, one bath and well-stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, spices, condiments, etc). Easy check-in/check-out process. I would definitely stay here again.
