Welcome to your newly remodeled 3-bedroom condo, perfectly situated just steps away from the pristine beaches of South Padre Island and the lively Wanna Wanna's Bar and Grill! This coastal retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your next vacation. Relax in the spacious master suite featuring a luxurious king bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities. In the guest bedroom which is ideal for families or groups, is equipped with two twin-over-queen bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The next guest bedroom, designed with kids/ teenagers in mind, offers four twin XL bunk beds, providing cozy sleeping arrangements for all to enjoy. It also has a desk & chair in case they need a place to write/ draw. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, and stylish furnishings throughout the condo. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. It has a faux fireplace for ambience, complete with a flat-screen TV and ample seating. Take advantage of the nearby beach access and soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, or engage in exciting water sports. Whether you're seeking a relaxing beach getaway or an action-packed vacation, this condo is the perfect home base for your South Padre Island adventure. Only a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun, surf, and sand at any time. Close proximity to Wanna Wanna's Bar and Grill ensures you have great food, drinks, and live music just around the corner!

Every stay at Dunes #205 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Our accommodations were great. The condo's location was fair/good in terms of being walkable to many locations. The one big negative was the pool was not heated so we never had the opportunity to use it. SPI was wonderful to work with. Your employees were courteous and patient with us as we were first time visitors. We had several calls to maintenance as our door look was having problems and finally had to be replaced. The maintenance staff was prompt, professional and friendly. We will definitely use your company again if we return to South Padre Island.

Beautiful, clean condo decorated beautifully. Great location to the beach! Literally a few houses away from the rental. The beds were super comfy and the condo was well furnished, including the kitchen stocked with basics. We cooked most of our meals at the rental - very minor detail, but wish there would have been an outdoor gas grill to use. No lounge chairs by the pool or beach towels - so come prepared. Loved our stay - perfect set up for a large group and kids.
