Welcome to downtown! This place is in walking distance to downtown activities! Your group can head out to go out to eat downtown or catch a show at the PREMIER Center. This place is a quick drive to any place in Sioux Falls.



Just 1 street off of Minnesota Avenue allowing guests a quick walk or drive to Downtown Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls is easy to navigate and travel with car, Uber, Lyft or taxi. Park behind the house in front of the garage door marked #1 and/or street parking available.

*This is a triplex that has three units. All the units are private and have their own entrance. They will not have access to your space and you will not have access to their space. Guests will have access to their space on the first floor of the building. They will enter from the rear door using a secure keypad.

Our rental car didn't work out, but the central location made it easy to walk to food and museums. We never really needed a car there.the place was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the family. the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

Nice location

Great location to downtown Sioux Falls. 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths. Easy entry from the back of the house and a space to park off street for 1 vehicle. Very clean. Host was responsive to messages.

Disappointing and dirty

The photos in VRBO of this unit are very misleading. The living room furniture was dirty; couch cushions I’ll fitting so you couldn’t sit comfortably on it; side chairs were vinyl and all the vinyl was cracked and peeling off the arms. The kitchen had poor quality pots and pans with inadequate dinnerware and serving bowls and utensils. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with paper towels and the dirt that I wiped up showed this floor hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. Disgusting! The photos in VRBO are extremely misleading or photo shopped. I would NEVER recommend staying at this location.

Excellent Host and Fantastic Experience

My husband went with his dad and brother to Sioux Falls to watch the boys state basketball tournament and to visit and catch up. I was unable to join them but my husband sent me photos of the place and had so many nice things to say about their stay. They ALL did. The place was very clean and tidy and comfortable and the host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly. Will definitely book here again.

Family trip to Sioux Falls

We had to message to get the code for the door but he responded quick and checked in on time. The house is a duplex and the unit is on the ground floor. The upstairs tenets were quiet and didn’t hear them except when they came and went out of the front door. The unit is also in a low income/ high rental area. It was warm in the house when we checked in. There isn’t a way to control the temp in the house so you have to message them to control the heat. We messaged again and ended up running the AC to get the temp down over the next few days. One bedroom has an AC unit but the other doesn’t. So that room was warmer than the rest of the house. Also, one bedroom has a sliding glass door as the main door off the living room. It has privacy glass but the lights from the living room and kitchen make it very bright in the bedroom. We had kids who went to bed earlier than us which made it hard when we had to shut most of the lights off so they could fall asleep. There was limited plates and bowls. Only 2 bowls but 4 small plates and 4 bigger plates. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean as well as towels. The chairs are starting to show their age. Overall it was an ok stay. It worked but I would look for a different place if we were to come back.

House was great place to stay as I was in town working for the week. The heat wasn’t very controllable and I had to keep windows open to sleep at night.

Great Place/Location

Came in town for two nights. One of the place to stay that was near downtown. This was the perfect location. Within walking distance to everything Sioux Falls downtown has to offer. Home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. I would book this location again.

Cozy, convenient and perfect for our stay!

I was relieved when we arrived and settled in. Not only because we drove straight through from Seattle, but because it was so clean and quiet inside and out. Being out first time in Sioux Falls

great location

This place is clean and perfectly located if you want to spend some time downtown. One small issue was that the Roku television was not activated, so we were unable to watch the British Bakeoff in the morning... Fairly minor drawback that could be easily fixed.
