Nestled just minutes from Sherman Park Softball Fields and the Great Plains Zoo, this cozy retreat is the perfect base for families, couples, and travelers of all kinds. Individualized front door code to access home, ring camera located on front door only for security.

Great little house! Clean and remodeled with a super convenient and easy to find location. A family with a couple kids would be great but there is space for more if you need. Kitchen and bathroom were both new modern clean and convenient. I definitely hope to stay here again because of how easy the location is for all the events we come to Sioux Falls for. minutes from the interstate and the premier center.

Great house with everything I needed. And it was really close to all of the softball and baseball fields for a tournament we were there for. We walked instead of having to deal with the parking over there. It was amazing.
