The condo was very nice. The tv situation was a little bit annoying. We could not got either the master or the room with the double beds to work properly. The master we couldn't figure out at all and the other room I had to re-connect to the wifi every time I turned it on and only could watch streaming. Other than those minor annoyances it was nice. The pool was very nice and the location was great.

This was a beautiful and quiet property. Communication with the host was excellent, rooms were very clean and the view is amazing. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Overall, it was a good experience. the master bathroom, there was an outlet that didn't work was a little in convenient. One thing good you had a designated parking spot, which I liked.Overall, a good experience. I would recommend it.

Our stay at the Carolina Dunes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general our stay was great! The master bedroom was extremely hot. We actually had to purchase a portable fan to be able to sleep. The master bedroom shower had a very moldy shower curtain liner.

A good stay

Booked this condo for a family vacation of 10 people. The condo is spacious, we had enough room to be comfortable in the dining area & living room. The ocean view is nice from the balcony & beautiful from one of the bedrooms. The only problem that occurred is with the parking. The lot is small & couldn’t find a spot to park at night, tried to contact property manager but didn’t respond until morning. Overall I recommend this place 👍

Washed Out

Unfortunately our stay was hit by tropical storm Debby. The unit was very nice, but because we were forced to stay indoors and had to rely on the internet for entertainment. The internet was very poor and I had to revert to hotspot streaming on my phone. Overall it was a good stay minus the weather!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! The Condo is right on the beach with very easy access. The Kitchen is new and so are the bathrooms and it great condition. All three rooms are large. We had three couples with two kids and had plenty of room. The only downside was the elevators were extremely slow and the stairs were only an option going down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fine time during our trip and we are quite easy to please. The only real disappointment had to do with the fact that none of the interior doors locked. So, 8 individuals getting showered or dressed/undressed without any locks in the bathrooms or the bedrooms was extremely unnerving. On the first day we reported it and was told that someone from maintenance would be right there--that person never came. Everything else was satisfactory.

We loved this condo and will definitely stay again.Pros. First level spacious condo that took only minutes to get to the beach. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had lot of necessities for us to make most meals at the condo. A few items could be upgraded as they seemed older. Can opener didn't work great. Skillets had some scratches.Bedrooms were spacious ,nice, and beds were comfortable. Closets and dressers were really nice to have. Beach chairs were a nice item to have. One umbrella is broken and needs replaced.Cons. We went during balcony construction(we were made aware ahead of time and chose to keep the reservation) and that was tough a couple of days. One day they were painting the bedroom door and we came back from being out to it standing wide open with no warning at all. We really didn't like that as we had left personal items out. We would have appreciated a heads up to expect this and we wouldn't have been so shocked.Even with those cons we loved this location as it was clean,safe,and we enjoyed the place for 4 days pretty much to ourselves.

Nice Place...But....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice place, but attention was needed in the unit. This was our second year staying in the same condo. The coffeemaker did not work at all. The TV in living room sometimes works. (Last year it didn't work at all!). The oven is nasty. The mattress covers were dirty. Carpet needs replacing. I would recommend this property because it is a great location. It just needs attention!
