Admirez les vues à couper le souffle depuis le 3ème étage ... observez le coucher de soleil en dînant ... cherchez les dauphins en déjeunant ... dormez avec les vagues juste devant la fenêtre de votre chambre, ça ne marche pas T obtenir mieux que cela! Bienvenue à Pinnacle Port A - 318 situé dans le bâtiment de la tour.

Équipements! Équipements! Pinnacle Port est une station autonome avec plusieurs piscines (dont une piscine intérieure), sauna, salle communautaire, salle de jeux, salle de gym, aire de jeux, pêche sur le lac Powell et le golfe du Mexique, jeu de palets, courts de tennis, et beaucoup plus. Pinnacle Port est une communauté fermée, avec sécurité 24/7. Unité A - 318 est un condo de style maison de ville avec la chambre à coucher à l'étage d'entrée et la cuisine, salle à manger, et den à l'étage supérieur. Il est une chambre et un et un condo de bain de la moitié avec un lit king size, grand canapé-lit et un canapé-lit simple chaise. Le condo a récemment été mis à jour pour inclure des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et salles de bains. Le tapis dans l'escalier a également été mis à jour.

Il est hors des sentiers battus mais à seulement quelques minutes de toutes les attractions de la pittoresque route 30A. Prenez un lecteur à 30A et voir les plages pittoresques de Rosemary, Seagrove, Mer, Grayton, et Santa Rosa. Gardez à l'ouest de conduite et vous tomberez sur sable Destin - la maison des Outlets Silver Sands. Destin est juste un peu plus loin sur la route et se vanter de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et autres attractions. Le nouveau Parc Pier est à seulement 8 miles de Pinnacle Port hors de l'autoroute 98. Il est un centre commercial et à manger expérience unique.

Venez vous détendre et profiter des plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Vous ne voudrez pas rentrer à la maison!

What a view!! Being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony ( over the parking lot, but could still see the beach), and the ocean views from the kitchen area was stellar!! Easy to navigate to beach/pool. We loved the extra half bath in the living area level. Great value for the money. I rebooked for next year which says a lot.

I’m glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We are right at two miles from Rosemary Beach on Highway 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. The beach is just a walk down the stairs or a ride in the elevator away from the unit. I hope you’ll return again soon!

Enjoyed our stay

This is the second year in a row we have stayed there. Love pinnacle port. Elevators were upgraded which was our main issue the past year. Will stay here again. It’s great for our family.

Very nice condo in a wonderful location! We only stayed a couple of nights, but if you stayed longer and brought groceries and necessities, you literally wouldn’t ever want to leave. So peaceful and quiet, and the scenery is just beautiful! The owner was amazing to work with!

Great beach front location!!

We had a great time on our stay. We had a beautiful beachfront view from the condo and the beds were comfortable. The stores are conveniently nearby & the whole area is family friendly. We definitely will be back next year.

Spring Break 2023

Perfect location for our beach trip. Quiet area to take our family and enjoy the beach and close enough to shopping and attractions to enjoy a day out and about. The views of the beach from the condo were amazing, even on an overcast day.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I can sit at the table and look out at the ocean for hours — the view never gets old. I love the fact that shopping and restaurants are so close by as well. We are about 2 miles from the beautiful beach towns of 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. The outlets of Sand Destin are close by as well. I hope you will return soon!

BFF Getaway

Lots of room for only a 1 bedroom. Awesome views, well stocked, plenty of towels, great views, quiet, 5 min walk to beach using side door.

I agree with you— the views are amazing! It is a nice size condo for a one bedroom. Believe it or not, the two bedrooms are only about 100 more square feet. They just have smaller rooms for the most part. The close proximity to the beach is one of our favorite parts of vacationing there. Look forward to having you back!

Perfect getaway

Property as described, location is amazing. The balcony was great to sit on in the AM & PM. Could use some TLC, some updating, but was very comfortable. The bed is super comfy-slept great every night!

We love the location of the condo! Right on the beach and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highway 30A is about 5 minutes away, the outlets in Sand Destin are about 25 minutes away, and Pier Park is about 10 minutes away. I really enjoy the balcony in the afternoon. I hope you will come again!

Spring Break

Great location

Perfect location if want to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it if you choose to go! It’s literally right on the beach which made it so easy in the mornings to set up, the condo itself is as described, it is a little older…not fancy but the price reflects that, we really enjoyed our time! My kids cried the last night not wanting to leave!

Short trip

Floors were sticky, carpet on steps dirty and worn, hand rails sticky. Location was great. Wished there had been a balcony that was looking directly at ocean.

I believe the location is great. Very convenient to many fun things to do and great restaurants. Being directly on the beach is nice as well. I do believe the pictures on the website are accurate in showing the balcony. When asked I explain it as a “down the beach view.” You can enjoy the beach from the balcony but it isn’t a direct view. I enjoy sitting on the balcony in the afternoons as it isn’t as hot due to where the sun is located.
