We had a nice weeklong stay and would recommend this rental. The location was close to Boyne for skiing and the water park, and just a short drive to grab a bite to eat in Boyne City. The kids especially loved using the driveway as a sledding hill, which was a fun bonus!The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with little to no traffic along Warner Creek, making it feel relaxing. The host was excellent to work with—stayed in touch and responded promptly whenever we had a question.Overall, a wonderful place for a family. We’d happily stay here again!

Our host was easy to communicate with, offered local recommendations, and responded quickly when we had questions. The house was great- the two levels were great for our family, the kids could play in the basement and parents upstairs. It’s a great place for family vacations!

This home is relaxing, cozy, and wonderful. Family of four plus our dog and this was the perfect space for us. You also cannot beat the location - short drive to Boyne Mountain, Kiwidinok farms, and grocery store, etc. Rob and Desiree were incredibly welcoming and fantastic hosts. They offered several recommendations re places to go and things to see. We would love to stay again!

Great place great stay!

Everything was very clean and had really great amenities. We enjoyed the space very much. I traveled with my family. Eight adults and one child. We loved how well equipped the home was. They provided a pack n play and high chair, which was in great condition and both worked out perfectly. We were there for my daughter’s 30th birthday so we were golfing and boating during the day but it was such a nice comfortable place to come back to and relax. The blackstone was great for making breakfast too. We ate out most other meals. The guest information book was well thought out with great suggestions too. The host Rob was easy to get a hold of and responded right away. Very accommodating with our request as well. If we ever go back to the area I would 100% book again. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful vacation home! Obviously a lot of care and updates have been put into this home, and it really shines. Everything had a very contemporary vibe, but it still felt homey and welcoming. The house was immaculately clean, and very well appointed. The large lot and mature trees added a sense of privacy, for that true "up north" feel. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, even for a single woman alone at night. Lots of amenities on the property, plus super convenient to the Boyne Mountain Resort! 10/10!

Family Up North Vacation

Ultimate Family Cabin in Boyne City is a wonderful and welcoming property. Located a few minutes outside Boyne, this house is large enough for family gatherings. The fireplace is warm and cozy on cold up north nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. The downstairs game room provided entertainment for all. The property owner was responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property..
