On Mountain Time, nestled in the prestigious Eagles Nest community, is a single-level sanctuary offering unparalleled comfort and luxury.

The heart of the home, the kitchen, seamlessly opens into the great room, creating an inviting space for gatherings. With granite countertops, a dining table, and bar seating, the kitchen is both stylish and functional. The great room is adorned with chairs and a plush leather sofa, a gas log fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV over the mantle, perfect for cozy evenings with your favourite movie or game.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed with an attached, private bathroom, ensuring the utmost convenience and privacy for guests. The two king ensuites boast tiled showers and double granite vanities, while the queen bedroom features similar upscale amenities. The queen over queen bunkroom is perfect for additional guests or children, equipped with a tiled tub/shower combo and granite counters. Each bedroom includes a private TV.

Step outside onto the deck to find covered seating with a second gas fireplace and TV, ideal for enjoying the serene mountain views. The deck also features a dining table and gliders, perfect for al fresco meals. Steps lead down to a lower area with a hot tub, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation. The property is further enhanced by a beautiful woodburning firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, offering a mountain experience under the stars.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice. The driveway is paved with a steep incline to approach the home. There is a large, flat area for parking at the top.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of On Mountain Time may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.
- This home has one exterior doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway. No cameras view the interior of the home or common gathering areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
