Great beach front condo

Property manager was great to work with very responsive. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the view from the balcony was amazing. Staff was on site every day cleaning the pool area and the general area of the property. Great place and would stay there again.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was . The property looks exactly like the pictures, completely remodeled with everything you could possibly need for your stay . Perfect location, walking distance to bandshell, boardwalk and nightlife. Communication with host was pleasant and very timely, got all the codes instantly when we arrived to property. We will definitely be back and stay at this property.

Amazing sunrise views.

The place is pretty and clean. Comfortable and equipped with all my needs. It’s very well taken care of. It’s more like a hotel though. The entrance walks you right into the bedroom. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. The balcony with front views of the beach and ocean makes up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a solo trip

Incredible view right on the beach! The renovations are beautiful, and the unit was very clean. The outside of the building made me a little nervous when I first pulled into the parking lot, but the unit itself was great. While it does technically sleep four, I don’t feel that four people could comfortably have suitcases and share the bathroom. There is a closet with hangers provided, but no dresser.

Beautiful beach front condo.

Great view from the balcony, steps to the beach. Pool was excellent. Good security. Great water pressure in the shower. Everything exactly like the pictures. Disappointed we had to leave early to avoid hurricane Milton.

Great Visit

Just spent a week at this property to hang out on Daytona beach. Watched all the sunrises come up on the balcony. Asked owner if I could get extra chair for my kid to sit on balcony and they made it happen. Place was clean, perfect if your going to just hang on the beach. We will use it again if we do another Daytona Beach stay. Also it is priced right so the average person can afford to stay. Great place

Just okay

The view was fantastic. The condo was exactly as it showed. The unit was remodeled but the building as older. The check in took a lot of paperwork more detailed with a formal signature which was difficult. The host did not respond in a timely manner. It was just okay stay for the price. But very clean unit with a great view.

Good Stay

The booking process for this stay was a bit more tedious than other places we’ve stayed at. You have to print papers, sign them, and text them to the owner along with a photo ID within 36 hours of the booking to be approved. I did so and did not receive a text confirmation or reply, but later I received an email that our booking was confirmed. Also, you don’t receive the unit access code automatically 24 hours before check-in like other condo bookings. You have to text the owner 30 minutes before arriving to have it sent to you. We arrived around 1 AM and I called the owner with no answer and I had to leave voicemail. I was scared the owner was not going to respond and we’d be locked out of the unit at night but thankfully, she called me back and I had missed her call but she texted the code right away. I think the extra paperwork and unit access process could be improved for the customer, it was definitely way more steps than what I’ve had to do for other bookings and I’ve been traveling to Daytona for years. The next door neighbor (resident) also had their TV on blast all night through the morning. It was hard to sleep, we were able to get a hold of them and asked kindly to lower the volume at night at least and they did so. They said they like to leave it on 24/7 for background noise. Overall, the place was really nice and clean. Close to everything. Everything looked brand new. The only things missing were a clothing iron/board and drawers to put our clothes in.

Good location nice place

Just wish pool had been working and that you didn’t have to cross through the bedroom to get to the living room other than that I would recommend and stay again
