C'est un emplacement idéal à l'extrémité nord de Daytona Beach. Nos condos sont OCEANFRONT avec un balcon privé assez large pour accueillir des siÚges. S'il vous plaßt demander à tous les autres propriétaires de leurs balcons - la plainte n ° 1 que nous entendons des clients qui ont séjourné avec d'autres propriétaires est qu'ils ne ont pas été dit que les balcons étaient debout ou passerelles publiques ... et pas un balcon privé - S'il vous plaßt conscient de la différence et demandez avant de louer - ne soyez pas déçu !!

L'unitĂ© de coin au 10e Ă©tage vous donnera l'impression de planer au-dessus de l'ocĂ©an. RĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour !! Ces unitĂ©s de coin sont les plus belles unitĂ©s du bĂątiment. Vous apprĂ©cierez le mobilier haut de gamme et le linge de maison, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. The room had a wonderful view! We were also aware that the amenities around the condo were in disarray due to the recent hurricane activity in that area over the last few years. Our room was simply decorated and clean. The patio was our favorite spot!

The panoramic ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, uninterrupted and serene, it truly made our stay special. We spent hours simply enjoying the scenery and relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was in great condition: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also loved the convenience of being within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping centers, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. However, the exterior of the building and surrounding property could benefit from some urgent maintenance and a thoughtful renovation. With a bit of care and uplift, the overall experience could be elevated to match the beauty of the view and the comfort of the room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place, especially for the stunning ocean views!

This studio apartment is a perfect fit for two people! It was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Whether you're relaxing in the apartment or on the balcony, the view is amazing. Retail stores, Publix (my fave) and restaurants, all within walking distance. We would definitely choose this place again!

The view 2 wals of windows are beautiful the balcony is spacious and relaxing. The 2 ac units kept the space nice and cool on very got days. Could have used another side table on the balcony or even a rack typ thing to dry beach towels on. There's no oven or even a toaster oven to cook in, so purchase wisely. I'd bought an oven bake only frozen pizza but had to throw it out. The bathroom is spacious. There are several elevators in the section of the building to the condo. Unfortunately, 2 of them were malfunctioning and shut down most of the time we were there.There are 3 pools in the complex, it was a bummer that none of them are still operational and the pool decks are all closed. Hopefully someday they will be back up and available.I discovered this 10th floor condo is right at bird cruising height. Super cool seeing the Pelicans and Osprey eye to eye.

10/10 Gorgeous View!

My husband and I absolutely loved our time. The view is unbeatable, the bed was so comfortable, and the room and bathroom was spacious. We loved watching the waves from bed. The public access to the beach is right next door and very easily accessible from the resort. While there are no amenities available at the resort (like the pool), the room and view more than made up for it. It was also very clean and beautifully decorated. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time!

Do your research before booking

I booked this unit based on the listing. I should have done more research about the property before making the reservation, so it is on me. The property is apparently still in terrible condition from the hurricane a couple years ago. But them PM wrote to ( after I had to make a change due to a family issue ) that if I wanted a resort experience I should not book that property. That would have been nice to know beforehand. I asked if possibly I could get back the fee for one of the 2 days I booked, but was told no. So they got 2 days and cleaning fees for doing nothing. Not a great way to do business. But my mistake for not looking into it further on my own prior to making the reservation. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Spectacular

I will probably never stay in a a prettier place than Daytona Beach Resort. My efficiency condo was a corner room on the tenth floor, with two sides almost all glass. As the manager will be very clear, the property still has significant damage from the recent hurricanes and the swimming pool and parking garage are inoperable. But the parking was not a problem, and I wouldn't use the pool, so no difficulty here. Again, my efficiency was just incredible. Renata did a fabulous job of communicating the situation and the workarounds.

Terrible stay

On 2-16-25 we booked a condo at the Daytona Beach Resort we were told no pool (which was okay) but were told on 3-20-25 when our reservation was for 3-30-25 that parking was offsite but was not told it would be at least 2 blocks away, no way to get to the beach from condo building had to walk down to public access, in the condo 2 window seals were broke so the front glass sliders were foggy, TV stand had a leg missing so it was wobbly, TV screen was scratched, microwave door had issues and no beach chairs.

AMAZING VIEW

I am all about the view and this view was AMAZING to say the least. You can watch the sun set over the bay and rise over the ocean. Laying in bed watching the sun rise was the best part of my day. Balcony was very nice to sit and relax watching the ocean below. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay for couples. The panoramic oceanfront view is unbeatable. Plenty to do nearby including shopping, bars and restaurants.
